Food was amazing, time for food to come out was poor. We waited 2 hours for a dish that never came, we just left after an hour and a half.

Not too much people which is good. Glad we book on Sunday.

Food took almost 2 hours to arrive, they were so short staffed. Services was appalling and when the food do arrive most of it was cold

We have eaten here many times and really enjoy the restaurant, and we have left many positive reviews. Unfortunately tonight wasn’t great, the restaurant appeared to be under staffed and they were worked very hard but were overwhelmed. We waited long periods for our food, many hot items arrived at the table cold, cold items were hot, and some items never arrived. Okami Camden is usually a great night out and we’ll be back to give them another try.

It was a very busy night and you were understaffed. Red-headed French-Canadian girl was absolutely amazing! She ran around after everyone and really takes pride in her job. She is an absolute asset to your business!

Tried to order the food was way more complicated than it should’ve been. Nothing was done about the wasted food. The next table and the food itself was almost as good as Sushi on fire.

Loved everything about it. It was fabulous and food was delicious.

Overall experience was good. Food was good. It looked like it wasn’t managed very well as all the staff were very stressed so the service wasn’t great. Waitress’ would place food down and not clear tables.

Always a fabulous meal at Okami Camden. The food is delicious and fresh, the staff friendly and helpful. The only slight downside is the dessert.

So easy to order food with the new QR code experience…still had the option to order with a ‘real person’ but this QR option suited my group members much better. Would highly recommended

Staff were amazing. They were responsive to our requests. Food could be improved on. Kaarage chicken tasted like chinese honey chicken without the sauce. A bit too doughy. Takoyaki was bland. The miso and teriyaki steak were great. Overall experience was good

overall experience good- When seated no QR slip given so we could order took about 10minsbefore we were given one after asking for it - Some issues with the online ordering 2 items never received but on the receipt - not a big deal . Drinks came out after the food started to arrive - staff was friendly and attentive

Waited for plain rice over an hour had to ask two different waiters for it. We ordered dessert 20mins before the table next to us and they got theirs first. We had to ask again where our one was. It was 4 plain vanilla all in tubs: they ordered the fish Pastry and ice cream and got it within 10mins. Not a great experience

Annie was wonderful with customer service, she was very accommodating and very hospitable, thank you so much. We thought our orders were not received on the order app to then find embarrassingly we had over order but thankfully managed to eat all the delicious dishes we received. Great experience as we arrived at 5.30pm.

Friendly staff and a Great variety of food and drinks

Great service and variety of menu items for all type of diners. We had a larger party and everything came out in a timely manner.

The food tasted great however the online ordering system ruined the night for us. This system may be good for a couple, but it was not suitable for a family of 5 who eat food faster than the next round is delivered. We would add 10 things to our order and only 2-3 of them would show up. We would then place new orders to try and re-order things we missed the first time, but it was as if half the orders weren’t going through to the kitchen successfully. As we are big eaters and the portions are all small, we were obviously ordering a lot. It was a busy Saturday night and the waitstaff were all preoccupied serving food to other tables that it was impossible to get their attention. We had a period of 20-30 minutes where we were just sitting and waiting for the food to be delivered. At a normal restaurant this wait time is fine, however, other dishes at this “all you can eat” would come out within 2 minutes so it made us wonder why we were waiting 20 minutes for food? After other groups finished their dinner and started leaving, we finally got the attention of a worker who called the manager over. He could see all the items that we had ordered on his ipad and they were showing as “completed” apparently. He quickly resolved things and had the undelivered food sent to us finally, but unfortunately that did not improve out experience that night. We came to celebrate both my parents birthdays that night, and I left feeling embarrassed that I chose this place to take my family 😔

2nd visit, just as good as the first. They've added some new items for kids on their menu which is nice. Quite expensive on a Sunday though, best to go on a weekday.

The all you can eat was amazing. Staff very helpful with making menu choices. The food was great and we left very satisfied.
