First time for us BUT were recommended by our son. We were NOT disappointed, the food was excellent, HOT and fresh each time it was bought to the table. Service was also great, served by attentive staff, and the table was kept clean after we had finished the courses. We will be back!

The food were delicious, the staff were very friendly and patient :) (The only “issue” all guests noticed that the entrance door was very dirty ) Otherwise me and my guests had a great time in Okami Ballarat 🤩👌

This was the first time my family have been to the restaurant and we will be coming back. We did feel the menu was limited in selections but can understand why. We love sushi but didn't order it, as we were unsure if we would get what we liked - If we could choose we would have definitely ordered it and probably more than once. See you soon Okami!

We always visit here as it’s good. Only thing is I can’t make a booking on the day thru this app but when I ring them and arrive there they would use their quandoo app.

Food was amazing, my only complaint is some of the staff need some training. We ordered rare beef and the waitress brought 3 plates to our table and they were stacked one on top of the other, this is not an acceptable way to deliver food to a table, this is not hygienic and not okay in any situation.

The food was amazing, however our waitress was not very friendly and had an attitude that she didn’t want to be there. We also had a pregnant diner with us, she ordered a mocktail in which they actually put vodka in it. When we bought this up and stated we shouldnt have to pay for the shot of vodka, the man just started laughing and wasn’t going to take the charge off. This was pretty bad customer service. He did eventually take the charge of but wasn’t happy about it 🤷🏼‍♀️
