Pretty bad. The tempura is not tempura batter; it was like potato cakes taken from the freezer. We had the beef teriyaki and it was similarly bad - the beef was cut into cubes; not fine slices as is typical; so the meat was tough. The sauce lacked flavour. The accompanying vegetables were chunky and amateur. The sushi and sashimi looked like it had been brought in. There was nothing authentically Japanese about the food or presentation; not an experience that I would recommend.

Last 2 times I have been were great. This time though some if the food seemed like it had been sitting for a while before we got it and we both ended up with food poisoning

Food was cold, when asked staff to ensure food was warm when brought out it was still cold.

It was mostly very nice especially the different chicken items. Unfortunately the main beef dish we normally prefer was tasty but very chewy and tough very hard to eat. Also part of the order disappeared which has happened before. But it can make it difficult when you order and the order is delivered out of order.

Thank you to the staff who helped feed my very picky eater, he loves your restaurant and thank you for having a place set for my Mum who is in a wheelchair - being able to wheel her in without having to move chairs made her feel less noticed which is a big thing for her.

The food was incredible, unfortunately just felt really rushed, we were asked to leave. We were sitting enjoying some drinks after dinner and they are pushing us out the door. I found it very rude.

Such a beautiful night for my birthday, the staff even had a gifted rose on the table for my birthday. The food was also incredible and so many choices. Our daughters loved the “all you can eat” experience and tried new dishes. Will be back!

Great service to the table with mobile scannable website menu. was able to have a wonderful all you can eat banquet with children age 13 and age 8, along with my partner and I.
