The food was fantastic and the service was fast. Will definitely go again.

Service was a little slow towards the end of our visit but that’s because it was picking up and getting busy. Food was amazing as always!

The service was quick, atmosphere lacking, most food items were cold or luke warm felt the quality was very poor, budget quisine.

We came here last year for my beloveds birthday and we joined by a couple of good friends. Always a great night and meal, when dining here.

Being an all you can eat was expecting that the service would be scarce and slow however it was the extreme opposite. Even though it was extremely busy waiters were very attentive and continually asking if we wanted to order more food. They were apologetic for delays even though it was expected being so busy and continued to check in to see if we were happy. Great experience.

Not as good as hoppers crossing. Service was a bit down.

This visit was different from the others. With a sudden increase in visitor numbers, the staff were hard pressed to keep up with orders. Not their normal service and more than likely an aberration. Don’t give up on them.

Had a lovely time with my parents at Okami in Ballarat, it was a nice holiday dinner with beautiful Japanese dishes! We were so full and loved our experience.

The service was not very good , we ordered food just for one person and they brought out for the whole table. Chicken was burnt. Half the time they forgot my order

The all you can eat menu is wonderful. You will definitely eat you money’s worth of the wide selection of dishes.

All 3 of us, truly enjoyed our night out here. It’s My partner and I, 7th visit, but we’ve brought a total of 6 different people, to experience the great food at Okami. Keep up the great work.

The food was fabulous and tasty, and the kids were very happy. Service was adequate and everyone tried hard, however, were under-resourced. Overall, good value for a nice New Year’s Eve dinner.

Okami is the only restaurant in town I will go to Management are so wonderful and attentive. The food is always amazing, we hold all our dinners at Okami ballarat.

Great food just took a bit to long to get food to table, attentive staff.

The food was great. With the all you can eat menu, and our group of 6 we were abke to try a wide variety of dishes. And we stuffed ourselves. The drinks (spirits etc) were a reasonable price and the quality (and quantity) of food was well worth the $38 pp price tag. The restaurant is a little noisy. The staff are friendly and service moves along at a reasonable rate.

It was great. The staff is helpful and dedicated. There is one guy who is very energetic to recommend us all the good food of the restaurant. The amount of each dish for 2ppl is a bit small but the taste is great.

Absolutely loved it, referred to try Okami and will be going back this week, amazing value, fresh and delicious, staff were so friendly and had great recommendations, fast and efficient. The only downside was the noise level once the restaurant filled up, it became really hard to have a conversation. Thanks for a great night and birthday celebration, loved it!!
