Amazing like always. Very unsure why they're closing their Ballarat restaurant as its always packed with people and the quality of food doesn't change...

Food was cold and often late getting to our table

love Okami, happy to out up with the noise for the food. A few order mix ups despite using the app to order.

The food has definitely made a decline in quality overall,the wasabi was so bad it was inedible. Not sure we will be back

Love all the dishes I tried especially sushi and beef dishes 10/10

Ordered multiple dishes, had them all come out about 20 minutes apart. Some didn’t even show until we had to tell the server, still another 30 minute wait just for the wrong one to come. Another wait. We were here visiting so was very disappointed.

Had a great night, enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Service was very efficient and friendly.

Too many tables in a small space, very tight fit, not a proper path to front door. Would not be wheel chair or pram friendly. Food and service excellent.

Tonight was our first time there. The service was fantastic and I love the ordering system. The food came out quick also. We will definitely be coming back

It was ok, I do not think the scanning of the barcode to order from the kitchen is working properly. When we arrived we ordered however only half the items came out.

It was an amazing first time at Okami! Although it did get really loud it was hard to hear my friend across the table but overall everything else was super good! The food was delicious!

Staff was extremely helpful and quick. I love the idea of turning over the card to indicate that we were ready to order again. Would recommend to friends and family, and we will be back.

Food was delicious, we certainly came away with very full tummies. Only criticism was we ordered a couple of fishes and they never arrived but we had plenty of food. The staff were great and were quickly at our table gir service when we requested. All in all I’d go back tomorrow the food was delicious and you could certainly eat a lot.

Always a great experience. Only downfall is it is noisy.

Food came out very slowly and with wrong orders for first 1hr30mins. After 3rd complaint the food came out thick and fast (finish time).

The food was Luke warm or cold , long wait to be served and the quality and quantity was poor very disappointed as we always support the restaurant , but it has gone down hill. Don’t think we will be back

Great service from the lovely staff. Food was really good, although we thought the meat dishes were lacking a little. The meat was tender, just a bit more like it was stewed, then had a small amount of sauce drizzled over it. Overall, it was very good and we'll definitely be back.
