Took only seconds to be seated upon entering, service was prompt and the team were very polite. The only (and using the term loosely) "issue" was being packed in like a sardine (or in this case, a bento box) combined with the noise levels. But you gotta get as many patrons in as possible to remain profitable so this is a given, everything else was fantastic!

As always a great meal. Generally everything came out quickly and we had no real issues with the food or service. Have been to this place so many times and will continue to go back.

Food is great, service is amazing. We love dining at Okami. We will surely be back.

Overall a satisfactory visit. Food came out quickly & nothing was missed on this occasion. Like the option of QR code ordering vs trying to hail down a waiter to take our food order.

Food was first rate, all dishes were amazing. Personally, I like a table service ( which was offered) but the QR code and the app were great for our large group and all our dishes arrived in a timely manner. Tables are very close together so movement was hard but a great experience and one we will repeat.

Food was much better than the last time we visited, as were the wait times. The QR code ordering system is more efficient and takes away the delay from getting the attention of wait staff. The food wastage policy was strange but understandable. Definitely worth the price and will be back again (if they keep open)!

Service was average - slow and quite impersonal. Serving sizes were very small. Quality nowhere near what it use to be.

Food was great and staff was friendly, we did have to wait a long time for our food to come out but it was very busy so it's understandable. Quicker service would have been nice so that food wasn't cold when brought out, but overall it was a good experience.

The service was fabulous - the food was delicious but most of the hot dishes were lukewarm and should have been hotter.

The food was delicious. The atmosphere quite nice. But a bit too noisy.

Love this restaurant, the staff are mostly friendly and outgoing. The food was ok, I like they have choice for people with coeliac, There is always room for improvement in terms of food, for example there isn't a chicken dish other than the sausages on the gluten free menu. Also we had a few people with coeliac on the table and the portion size was small compared to the other servings of our family who aren’t coeliac. So we waited a long time to eat a smaller portion. The noise of this location is loud, so anyone with hearing issues (like myself) will have issues hearing conversations. Overall it was a great night and our family all loved their experience here.

Food is good, only the the Benton teriyaki chicken was served a bit late.

Food service was excellent. The food ordering using QR code is better than waiting for service from a waiter. It is a shame that we can only ordered one green tea Ice cream per person only. We would like to have another green tea Ice cream but we cannot. We have to live with this and this is OK.

If you are having all you can eat you now scan qr code and order on phone. Some food items did not arrive, you could not get a waitress/waiter to come to the table and food sizes smaller more veg than noodles or meat. Very disappointing
