The restaurant was nice service and food was delicious we love it

The service was great; we were greeted and seated quickly and able to choose our own table. The food was tasty, affordable, and came out quickly. The atmosphere was also nice, and the restaurant was quiet, making it ideal for a date when you’re trying to get to know someone. Given that it was raining heavily, the restaurant wasn’t very busy, so this may have attributed to the quick service and quiet atmosphere. Nonetheless, it was a positive experience!

Had lunch with my partner and a friend. Service was very welcoming and my cocktail was well made. We had some bruschetta as an entrees, the whole sole, a Barramundi and a pasta dish for mains. All were delicious, well prepared and came out in good time. Very happy with this place. Has a wide ranging menu and is well worth a visit.

Well the menu has changed, the calamari was great, the halloumi to die for, and their pizza okay, What i wasnt impressed with was we went out to have a smoke and told them to please leave our food as we are coming back to finish eating, Well they cleared the table and offered a grim apology, clearly wanted us out.

They gave us a menu. Three quarters of the items were not available. The food was spectacular last year and sub par this year. We will never go there again.

The restaurant has change hands, menu has changed. Im not a fan of the table scan for the ordering when they clearly had menus to hand out to people on the street. Overall nice food, nice atmosphere, will go back again.

Used to be my favorite restaurant but it’s going down hill. No more love in the good and very inconsistent. And lack of staff as well

I had a great experience at Neptune’s. Staff were lovely and the food was delicious.

Terrible customer service experience. Waited for more than half an hour for a steak and spaghetti, mind you, it was not a busy period. Then, come to payment, they don't accept certain Gift Card because they don't know how to receipt it in the first place. So, they declined on the basis that they don't accept gift card on Public Holiday, just another excuse. Never again.

The food was good, but they couldn't see our booking online. Obviously, there was enough space so we easily fit in. For future reference, please make sure if booking is done or not. Food and view was really nice.

Had a wonderful time with my husband and daughter. Everything we ordered was delicious. The view of the bay is fabulous.

Really great food and atmosphere. We dined on an extremely busy public holiday however the service was still good and the waitstaff were attentive and friendly. A little too noisy downstairs but upstairs was great with fantastic views across the bay.

Initially the music was so loud that my friends and I had to yell to hear one and other. The waiter we had was so attentive when we raised our concerns about the noise and promptly turned the music down to our satisfaction.

The team were friendly and quite helpful. A table upstairs is better if can get one.

The staff at Neptune were so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Each and every person who greeted us had a smile, and lovely conversation. They seated us right near the water which was beautiful, the venue and decor was amazing. The view is so beautiful, the food and cocktails were 10/10. We can’t wait to come back - couldn’t say a bad thing about neptunes! Highly recommend :)
