Food took longer than expected due to how busy they were, but management called in an extra chef to cover this. Staff were super friendly.

Food OK and average prices for a meal out, I quite enjoyed it, but paying for hot sauce and jalapenos in a Mexican restaurant as a side dish and extra, UNBELIEVABLE?!? Will not be rushing back!

Food was great, atmosphere was nice and service was fast. There were lots of meal deals we only found out about after our meal, ask if your interested.

Not great. Sangria tasted watered down. Corn chips came half way through the main course and only after we reminded the waitress, though she was very apologetic. Corn chips were not warm and salsa dip was too cold. We miss the old Hasting Street outlet which had a really great atmosphere and we always enjoyed the Trivial Pursuit cards on the table to play with before the food came. The new restaurant is very clean, maybe a bit too bright, however, the staff are pleasant and friendly.

overall a great night. sadly the shredded beef on my daughters Nachos was a bit dry & a few extra corn chips on the mixed dip platter would off been great but everything else was fantastic. happy to go back again.

Amazing food, amazing people and An Amazing environment :) There was a little note left on our table with a candle on our anniversary by the staff. Little efforts take you long way . Good luck.

Not usually one for franchises yet was very good food and service, would highly recommend.

Waited for more than one hour for meals. Rice and refried beans bland in fact frijoles worst I've had in any Montezuma restaurant - Albany Creek, Brisbane, Cairns, Gold Coast and Mooloolaba

Service ok but food was very average. Had guac to start which should have been advertised as smashed avo- no flavour. Mains seemed to have been precooked and then reheated, the rice was hard and crispy, the rest of the food had little flavour, everything smothered in sour cream. Overall disappointing!

Average food. Not the fresh contemporary Mexican many new restaurants are offering. Inexperienced staff and some confusion over the names of the food meant wrong dishes were given to people and beef was called pork so people started eating the wrong dishes. Asked for kids chicken nachos to be changed to pulled pork but chicken arrived with no discussion. Pulled pork had an unusual flavour.

since I was there last year the food quality has increased 100%,i'll be back soon.

Atmosphere was good. Food well presented but not overly tasty. Service good in the main. Felt it was overpriced for what we received. Guacamole was great.

The food was nice. Unfortunately it took a very long time to arrive. We sat and watched two tables (one with twice the people of ours) arrive after us but get food first. The table right next to us in fact ordered, ate and left before we got our mains. We were told there were many orders that night (it was busy so that is likely true) but that does not explain how people who arrived after us were served first. We were seated by the kitchen and saw the wait and kitchen staff looking through the"completed" orders. It took over 1.5 hours to get the mains. No real apology was offered. I have rated 2 and not less as the food was ok (albeit my son's order was wrong and had to be redone).

Sorry to say but the chicken fajitas are not what the used to be. And portion of chicken was to small I couldn’t fill all the fajitas with chicken and sauce was to runny. On the other hand the pulled pork was good
