Montezuma's - Albany Creek

The service and food was not its usual tonight ... we sat around waiting for service even when there was not many others in the place .. there were lots of staff but not very attentive tonight .. food was not as good tonight as our past visits ..

Was a little bit Disappointed with Montezuma's this time, most likely will not be back

It was my birthday and we took a cake. The staff put a sparkler in my cake and gave me a sombrero. The whole restaurant sang me happy birthday too!! The food was awesome as always. Thank you Monty’s for an awesome birthday!!

Great family restaurant Kids ice creams took a little while to come out but the food was delicious and fast to come out Kids and adults very happy!

Have written many reviews for montezuma's as we go each week- this was not their best night and the tamale pie was not fresh. They have never disappointed before so am prepared to forgive this one.

The food was really nice- a little noisy in the restaurant due to some kids but it is a family restaurant so to be expected.

Our meals were burnt and no one came around to see how our meals were and when asked by the cashier we were told that there was a chef in training but that’s not an excuse when we spent $75 to eat there and I didn’t get my birthday churros

Motezuma’s Albany Creek is our family restaurant. It is the best Motezuma’s in the network, because it is clean, with friendly staff. That’s all you need - the basics and kindness, to have a good restaurant. And cleanliness is EVERYTHING. A manager who makes sure that every corner is clean - will also have ‘attention to detail’ in regards to the quality of food and quality of staff. The only suggestion we have from this review are that the individual chairs are hard wood. Your ‘poor ol’ bum’ gets sore sitting on it for any period of time - which makes one want to rush your meal and leave as soon as possible!! Therefore, limiting the restaurant’s revenue, extra food, extra drinks and desserts. The manager should consider buying Mexican style (washable) cushion pads that tie into the seats, so that customers are more comfortable and stay longer. How about it manager?

My dish the Montezumas delight was tasteless. I did not enjoy it unfortunately. Service was good though.
