The food was delicious as always....Alice was very friendly and remembered us from a previous visit (even recalled our favourite drink). The rest of the Staff are also lovely.

Food was lovely, staff friendly. Was encouraged to order meal using phone. Totally disagree with this. We refused was asked to give it a go. Refused again. Was able to order personally at the counter. We were going to walk out if we were unable to order through a staff member.

Change of managment and this resaturant has gone down the tubes. Service.. what service?- you order via your phone. Sangria was very ordinary- not like it was - it was missing multiple ingredianets. Prices have gone up a lot in 12 months....used to be a weekly visit..no longer.

The meal was excellent and the staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially as it was my son's 21st and we brought our own cake in. The only thing I did not like is that I had to either use a QR code or wait at the counter to place my order. I do not like the way restaurants like yours have gone to ordering through a phone. I find this very impersonal and defeating of the purpose of people getting together in a restaurant if they have to then sit on their phones . Please bring back proper table service.

We looove Montezumas but ordering on the app was hard. Missed having wait staff to answer questions and make adjustments to our order. Timed out multiple times. No water for the table and drinks came in bottles without glasses or straws. Feels different and a bit disappointing especially since prices have gone up. Getting too expensive to take the family out $50+ a head.

the app is hard to use and every table around us asked to order with the wait staff...no servic, yet prices keep going up? Manager walked around with gloves on her hands..gross and was more intetested in looking after her family who were dining than serving other customers..even the sangria wasnt good tonight. it will be a long time before we return and we used to be weekly diners..how sad to see the place go so downhill

Table for 6. We arrived in two groups of 3. We 3 first to arrive were given one bottle of water, 3 glasses. 2nd party of 3 arrived no further water or glasses. Asked for same, got the bottle of water, no glasses. Entree, Jalapeno poppers, arrived - no plates (I'm 62; I no longer eat with my fingers. Mains arrived; unfortunately the two little kids' meals came last (a simple nacho each). Our additional hot sauces didn't come without asking. The meal was bland. Montezuma's Delight. Kids' nachos were lacklustre and certainly not worth the cost. I hate putting public reviews up, and I won't, but, boy oh boy, you could surely do a whole lot better. We have been customes of Montezuma's since the first restaurant in Burleigh Heads back in the 1980's. Very disappointed. We were so looking forward to a Mexican feast.
