Amazing restaurant, the interior was super unique and the food was fresh! Ordered the $55 feed me me menu, great value

We had the $55 feed me pack. Our favourite dish was the duck breast dish. Overall, the food was above average- but nothing really like the photos that attracted us to go in the first place. As the night became busy, I felt the service drop- perhaps they needed more staff on the floor for a Saturday night. Overall, it wasn't a bad evening, but definitely not the best. Plus, the signature Udon dish needs to be improved- it was perhaps our least favourite main dish and the desserts weren't anything really special. However, we enjoyed the ambience and soft music with beautiful decor. Overall, a slightly above average experience.

A nice setting, the staff were hospitable and food was good quality. Seemed to be a very busy night so the surrounding noise was quite loud though.

Nice atmosphere ( there was a toddler sitting on a table next to us hence the rating for noise level is average after the family left it was quiet. Food well presented and service was great and the ​waiter was attentive to our needs. Will return.

We were greeted and served with amazing customer service. The “Feed Me” option is the way to go as it’s all you can eat from their delicious menu. Totally worth it and will be going back soon !

We had “feed me” $55/head. The food was presented beautifully and was delicious. The restaurant was about two thirds full as it was on Wednesday night, so the food came quite quickly. Good service except one waiting staff who I find abrupt. Clean, modern Restaurant with nice decor. I think it is very good value for the price.

Excellent food and service, beautiful presentation, restaurant lacked some atmosphere mainly due to a lack of diners and need to work on their drinks ( prices are consistent with a city bar however not up to standard, flat beer, tonic etc)

The quality of both the food and the service have declined dramatically since the restaurant first opened. Not only did they get the order wrong for two dishes, it was also almost impossible to get the attention of wait staff.

Service was terrible. We waited over 45 mins for a drink and an hour + for food.

Really enjoy this restaurant. Would have rated much higher but the restaurant became very busy towards the end of our meal and we had to wait a very long time for dessert to arrive and our main plates to be cleared. The wait staff were very nice but were slammed around 8:30pm.

Good menu with mix of traditional Japanese food and modern dishes. However they use MSG as a flavor enhancer and preservative, so freshness is not guaranteed. Also, too bad if you react badly to MSG, as we did last night...

Food was great and feed me menu is really good value. Would definitely come back to try other items on the menu and set menu.

Very impressed with the quality of the Feed Me menu with a huge selection but service is a let down. There was one waitress who was professional, the others definitely need training.

Food is really good! Of very high quality and carefully cooked and put together. Staff here are very friendly as well! Definitely worth it and definitely coming back more often.

Love it! Really nice atmosphere, good cocktails, seating, space and not too noisy. The food is amazing. Will definetly list as one of my favourite's.

Food was nice although expensive for the entree’s the girls who served us were not very friendly and I will not be hurrying back for the price we paid. There are plenty more Japanese restaurants in Kew to go to

We used voucher for set menu. Overall the food was ok but if in full price it's not worthy. Tempura and jidori karaage were nice.

Excellent food, whole family of 8 enjoyed it including the kids. Good selection of Japanese beers. Wines have gone up in price since they opened and they didnt have stock of their Cheapest( $50 Chandon Champagne), next bottle $65 so we passed on that.

The menu is limited, lots of very similar things offered and not enough green vegetable options available. What we did order was very nice, but I would have liked to be able to order some greens as an accompaniment.

Great food, but very overpriced. Serving portions very small. Service was average. Young staff which may well explain the lack of experience in the field.

We had a wonderful family dinner with great food. Try the black sesame panacota it is terrific. The staff are helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner.

Fantastic food and service. The 77C Octopus was succulent and fresh. The Black Sesame Ice Cream and Penna Cotta were nice to finish the evening off.

We went there for lunch only to find they dont serve any fish for lunch at all. We went there for the Sashimi and Sushi, . We were appauled. In addition they said they only serve fish at Dinner Four of us walked out

Miss Kasumi was a Fantastic experience! The food was of high standard, fresh, with an excellent taste. Staff were very friendly. I would go back again.

Disorganised meals arrived at different times. They forgot a dish. Drink ordered was also forgotten. Food ok but not great we would not bother going back again. Expensive for the overall experience.

Food and service very good but a little more expensive than we expected. Enjoyed it and will go again but it is not an every week restaurant.
