The service wasn’t great, the wait was long and We weren’t told about the loyalty card and if we were then we would have gotten free chips with our meal.

When a kids meal is ordered, don’t bring out the milkshake first! Also the actual kids meal arrived 30min after the milkshake which not only did I have to hide from my child, but it melted all over the place. So that was fun...

Place was great and very welcoming, but my order was wrong and by the time it came again my table had finished eating and I wasn’t hungry.

Great standard burgers and the loaded fries are amazing. The special burgers are always a bit too over the top but that’s what milky lane is about. On a serious note the toilets are very dingy and should be refreshed urgently

The music was too loud to hold a conversation which made it difficult to enjoy the dining experience, but the food was amazing! Certainly lived up to the hype!

it was a good experience but not the same vibe as bondi. needs to be more vibrant, staff more bubbly maybe. but ok. we were seated and mostly left alone

Really great service, only booked for 5 but had table of 7 helped us out no worries. Food was amazing 10/10 & topped it off with delicious cocktails!

Food was average at best. My daughter’s burger patty was burnt so she couldn’t finish it. I ordered two of the same cocktail, second one tasted completely different. Realised the first one was missing the Malibu nip of alcohol. Staff were friendly & cheerful.

The food was lovely, but menu very limited. Nothing stand out in what we ordered. The main factor in my rating was the terrible service. Rude, unfriendly and disinterested. Not a great start for a new burger shop opening on a street already saturated with great ones.

Good food (sweet potato fries exceptional) but poor service. Took ages to order and pay bill. We were ignored my several waiters sitting new guests. They could have at least told us they’d get to us. Though it was a public holiday and they were very busy.

Staff are friendly and the food was yummy. Menu is great and if you love burgers this is your place. Yummy shakes and great kid options too

My chicken burger was so pink in the middle of it, the cups were dirty and there were things floating in our water. I picked up a spoon to use for my milkshake and it was all dirty and covered in dust, not happy I wasted money for my anniversary there.

Food took half an hour to come after we had ordered. Service was good and the place had a good vibe to it. Food needs to be done earlier.

Great burgers and milkshakes. Bit more in the pricy side which I’ll leave you to judge. They were a bit busy and took a while for us to pay however the food was everything we wanted :)

Don’t bother going on a busy night. You will wait upto 50 minutes to get your food!! Food is nice, cocktails are okay! Prepare to wait..

Food was great, service from one girl was great. We were a table of 11 people, we wanted to split our bill so they put out orders in seperate but never told the kitchen we were together so we had finished our food by the time our second table came out, other than that I would definitely return.

The atmosphere , service and cocktails are on point . Sadly can’t say the same for the food and the milkshakes we got :( very average

Overall, the food was outstanding but the service was horrible. I had to walk over to a server to ask if we could order. You could tell they were understaffed and our server/host/food runner (she was wearing too many hats) was very apologetic. I really hope this place raises their game before summer. If this continues, there is no way they are going to be able to turn tables in an efficient manner in order for everyone to be seated on time for their reservations and walk-ins. I will give it a few months before I return. Nevertheless, dope artwork and I was thrilled to see Mezcal on the menu!
