Food and staff were great, the music was pretty loud - like a nightclub - so if that's your thing then this place is great

The food & service was great. I personally would have preferred that the loaded fries came with the burgers, but I'll remember to ask for that next time - they came at least 15 mins before the burgers.

Dirty, rude staff and they wanted to sit us by the door in the cold. We had booked a table and that was all they could offer us. We walked out.

Food and drinks were good however garnishes in cocktails were missing, drinks were forgotten about, had to prompt staff to bring us our drinks. Waited over ten minutes to order desserts. Other patrons were getting ‘drinks on the house’ because they made to much of my cocktails. Staff were rude, also waited a long time for mainly drinks and food.

Burgers came out first & were cold. We were starving so just put up with it. Sides came out after we'd finished the burgers & were much hotter. Weird experience...

The service was very good! friendly and informative. we were 8 people and we all got our food at the same time and very close to the order time. The food and drinks were amazing . This was a ten out of ten experience

Poor customer service, slow, and I had to ask many time for extra sauce

The loaded fries were small and not really loaded. The Kevin Bacon was smothered in bbq sauce that you couldn’t taste anything but it. It was also missing the caramelized onions. For the price, I expected a lot more in a burger for $24.

Had a reservation for 4 and was sat at a table wayyy too small for 4 people. The aircon vent was dripping on my sister the whole time. No communication between staff as we were asked by 4 different people if we wanted to order yet after telling them we were still waiting for two more people to join us. I asked for no tomatoes on my burger but that I still wanted tomato sauce and I didn't get it. I also asked for a thick shake and got the spring rolls instead.

My experience in Milky Lane was very good. Food is delicious.

Fun place to take family. Great specials during the week. Kids eat free and $10 burgers.
