Excellent service.Food was great & the cocktails were good as well.

Service was extremely fast and staff were very friendly. The place had a great vibe and the food was on another level, soooo tasty 😋

Great food ! They were short staffed so waited a bit for a drink which we were told would be charged to us at the happy hour rate because we ordered it during happy hour, but then paid full price ! Staff overall were awesome ! And food was yum 🤙🏼

Super busy, hard to get any service and no smiles on the waitresses. Food was ok but overpriced

Staff where very stressed even heard them swearing. Under staffed A post on Instagram said $10 cocktails all day Sunday the staff refused and said this store doesn’t do it it’s only the Bondi store. Contact milkylane by Instagram they apologised and said to show them the post to get the $10 cocktails.. when the staff finally gave in to give us the $10 cocktails the couldn’t make 2 of the ones we ordered cause they have run out of stock. Also had no tomato sauce.. the 3 staff they had on where rude and under the pump not a good dinning experience...

It was pretty good, but we were stuck down the back, right opposite the kitchen - even though we booked nearly two weeks ahead and it was so hot, we were uncomfortable and therefore left early. I'm quite sure if we were further down the front, our experience would've been better. Our waitress was lovely.

Enjoyed but think Bondi Milky Lane is superior, perhaps just the different burgers I ordered. Atmosphere was great

Burger was amazing, exactly what I needed. The flavouring on the chips was excellent and the sweet potato chips were the best I’ve had!

Honestly, nice burgers but you don’t get your money’s worth. From the advertised pictures you expect to have these massive burgers, but, in reality they’re no bigger than a cheese burger from Macca’s; and no one wants to spend $24 on a burger that’s that small, especially when it does not even come with any sides!!!

Good place to chill, a bit chilly though on a winters night a little complicated to close the door.

We loved the food The service was awful We waited a long time for one dessert- dough- everyone else had finished for about 30 mins, only one dessert available- no ingredients for other option,, others then had milk shakes for dessert. We were told service bad as too many people not enough staff. This is not what I expect when I go out for dinner with the kids and another family!

Upon entering milky lane the staff member was sitting at the bar waved in and then did not come back to the table for atleast 20 mins. Afternoon ordering nothing came out together people were finishing meals before some has received anything. And then trying to get someone to take an order for more drinks and dessert was so hard because no one would come back to the table. After finally ordering dessert and to which nothing was available they then had what they said was available not available. I recommend milky lane needs to spend more time worry about their customers In store rather than their Uber eats order, especially for such a large group in store. The staff at milky lane are rude and this is not the first time at milky lane were this has been the case. For a growing business you really need to focus on customer service as this is a massive issue.

Great atmosphere. We went here for a graduation dinner and was perfect.

Cocktail was filled with way too much crushed ice and hardly any cocktail. Orders mixed up and incorrectly taken.

Was freezing cold and the service took forever just needed more staff though for taking orders everything else was good

The restaurant wasn't very busy but the wait times for drinks and food were quite long. Some food and drinks were ordered later (after the initial order) and the cocktail only came after we reminded them and the extra loaded fries never came but we were still charged for it. The food was tasty but nothing amazing.

Food was okay but disappointed with the whole experience. We had been looking forward to dining here for some time. Many items not available from the menu.
