Food was not that great and service was slow understaffed trying to get a waitress attention was like sucking blood from a stone wont be going back in a hurry

I booked online and when we arrived we were seated outside and the heater near us didn’t work so we were freezing most of the night. Also my friend who is allergic to nuts and specifically asked if the apple crumble pie contained nuts was served up a dessert that had almonds on it. Then they still added it to the bill which we had to ask to take off. A disappointing experience as the restaurant looks lovely and food was nice but I don’t think I will bother going back.

Terrible service. Waited way over an hour for our food. Coffees were given to us in take away cups.. we were a group of 20, one of the worst experiences we’ve had.

Waited 1 hour for food to come out that was very average, some food was cold also. Service was average half our guests on our table were not greeted at the door either. Drinks also took a good 15-20 mins to get to our table and childrens food was forgot about and came out after all the adults main meals. Was plenty of staff on but not much organisation between any of them. Menu quite confusing also

Food was really nice and so are the cocktails. My only complaint is it was a cold night and really cold inside restaurant as well. Felt like the air con was on.

Great atmosphere, food and drinks. Staff were very helpful and friendly, didn’t not leave us waiting for long at all. I will definitely be back!

The food was delicious however service was far beyond terrible. We waited 2.5 hours to receive our meals, including entrees. 1meal arrived 1hour before the rest of the 12meals. Some arancini were still cold on the inside. Chicken burger was missing bacon. There was no green pepper on our mushroom pizzas. On top of everything staff were rude, to us, and talking about us to other staff members while laughing away. Cooks were leaving the kitchen for whatever reason whilst we were waiting. After we received 11meals I had to ask again for the fish and chips my grandmother ordered, I then heard the chef put the order in to his cooks -.- the food was really nice but unfortunately due to the disrespectful service we received we will not return, and I urge you not to either.

The food was great however the service was a big THUMBS down for me. It's me as put me off for going there ever again.

We booked for Mother’s Day. Fantastic atmosphere food and service. The staff were so friendly and even though the were fully booked they did an amazing job looking after us highly recommended will definitely be going back!!!

It was a little disappointing for us, the food was not as good as the one in Weribee plaza. The pork belly was overcooked and our all time favorite Hawaii pizza was too salty.

Was amazing , waitress was brilliant very efficient and fast , the food was delish !! Super happy worth every cent !! Highly recommend :)

Location Great. Atmosphere Good. Meal Average. Nachos were too dry and cheese was like rubber. Gnocchi was tasty. Booked table and didn't have to wait long. Drinks were good. All served reasonably quickly.

Food was amazing! Workers were lovely and accommodating to our needs. Coffees were a huge disappointment at the end though. We definitely would go again.

My parma was cold in the middle and the staff were a little too eager, for some reason we had five different people approach the table, they should stick to one server

Good 1st impression. Food was great. Good atmosphere. Just disappointing that you can’t order from the burger menu at dinner time. The friend I went with wanted a steak sandwich and couldn’t order it!

Food was great and so was the service. We didn’t have to wait too long at all for the food to arrive either. Four of us were on the table - we all agreed we’d be back!

Martini & Co was amazing! Great food and the best cocktails. Highly recommend them! It's also just across from the new Village so you can easily grab dinner and a movie. So good!!

Understandable the influx of new customers. Waiters did there best to serve our table. Food was pretty average if you know a good dining experience. Prices for cockatoos are good but food a little expensive. I wouldn’t rush back to go.

Venue was beautiful very welcoming. I felt menu was over priced for the quality. I ordered the wild mushroom risotto with chicken which was an extra charge. Risotto was unpleasant to eat as it was flooded in cheese chicken itself had alot greasle. Very disappointing.

They were not serving any burgers after 5.30 and we were there at 6. I have had burgers the week before at 9.00pm. There was no conduction in the menus. Also no bear on tap but was advertised. Maybe the waiter should state these things as they sit you down instead as asking every 2 minutes are you ready to order or can i get you started with drinks

Lovely atmosphere, delicious food and great customer service. I accidentally ordered a wine instead of a sparkling champagne and the staff were quick to replace it for me. Overall a pleasant experience.

Although it was a very busy Saturday night the staff were very attentive and friendly. The wait was worth it as the meals were delicious as were the martinis.

Been there twice...will definately return. Food was great...and so was the service. Lots of new young staff who I'm sure will improve over time...and so will their skills.

Went on a very busy Friday night, was glad we booked as we wouldn’t have got a table otherwise. Food and drinks were okay, both took very long to come out and it was obvious staff were confused a lot of the time.

Great service, good ambience. Good food, really big serves, nice cocktails and mocktails- extensive menu. Will definitely go again. I don’t have anything negative to say about this place.

Hi Guy's, great service in a very friendly atmosphere the wait staff are amazing, only problem we found it very cold outside some heating would be great. Food was beautiful.

Food and drinks were great plus service. It was just a little too noisy, but probably had a bit to do with it being Saturday Night!

Had heard such great reviews about this place but..... Service was slow, they were busy so we expected that but now one apologised. Sent back drinks 3 times as soft drink mixers were flat yet they charged us for them all including the send backs. Meals weren’t as described on the menu so they got sent back too. Ancient grain salad had no freekah in it but it was full of lettuce. Waitress was rude when I questioned the salad description and returned meal.

Enjoyable experience. Food was nice, mocktails were a bit sour so that was a little disappointing but overall we had a good in restaurant experience.

The decor is lovely. The food was good. To begin with the service was good but after we finished our main meal nobody came to us to see if we wanted dessert or coffees. We had to get the attention of a waitress who told us to wait a moment but 15 minutes later she came back after we kept looking towards her. The restaurant had maybe 6 tables filled, so wasn’t overtly busy. She wasn’t the only staff member there either. Would go again.

Cocktails were amazing, meatballs were fantastic. Greek salad with chicken wasn’t enough bits in it. But over all was great service and staff were all accommodating and friendly

A big group of us went out to dinner at Martini, the food was great and plentiful and the service was quite good. Would just recommend they have glasses of water for everyone, without having to ask for it

It was nice, just very slow to get drinks and meal. I do like the venue and the food options and will go again hoping its a little faster next time.
