Martini & Co - Plenty Valley

Was quite disappointed that there was no notification prior to Valentine’s Day about the menu change. Hubby, my son and I went there for a Valentine’s Day dinner to be told that there is a set menu and was not notified anywhere on socials or when called to make the booking. This meant having to choose something else to the menu we had looked at originally and already pre planned. There was also staff telling other customers about the special on their menu in regards to drinks where no one took the time to tell myself and my husband about it. They didn’t acknowledge us for a while and needed to call someone over to order the food. I had ordered the steak and within less than 10 minutes the steak was out before anything else. It was also cold. We usually love this place but after this I don’t think I’d be returning.

Delicious food and great atmosphere. There was a bit of a wait for our meals but was absolutely worth it! Do keep in mind that the menu is on the pricier side though.. Overall, still a great place to take your loved ones to celebrate

Waited over 2 hours for our food. Over 6 staff came up and asked us what we were waiting on and the manager also accused us of the food already coming out. They said there was a mixup in there orders and ours got mixed and it would be 10 minutes. Half an hour later we had our food. Two hours in total wait time from ordering to receiving our food. Olivia was a great waitress though very apologetic and kept checking on us

Easy booking, amazing food 👌🏻 I Really recommend it .

We had a large group booking to celebrate my dad's birthday. The salads were the nicest meals as there was no cooking involved. The parmigiana came out cold and tasted like rubber. They are obviously pre cooked and stored in the fridge and when customers order it, it is heated in the microwave. My husband questioned whether this meal is cooked fresh and he wasn't given a straight answer. The manager replaced his parmigiana with a warmer one but it still tasted awful. It ruined our evening as my husband left hungry and annoyed. Over priced and the quality of food was disgusting. We won't be returning!

Waitress attended table too many times trying to clear plates or glasses whilst we were still eating. Very annoying. Seafood linguine is usually very good but this time it had no flavour and was dry. Really not interested in going back again

Absolutely one of my favourite places go there all the time. The food is fantastic. The atmosphere is really good. The drinks are good. Everything is reasonable beautiful place. Absolutely recommend.❤️

Service was friendly and swift. The food was fresh. One of the best gnocchi dishes I’ve eaten.

Food was great and wasn't too loud considering the place was full.

Steak was not even warm enough. Chips were really soggy. This was the 2nd time. Same issue.

Drinks came in after the main course and they absolutely did not allow us to enjoy valentines day by ruining entire order..staff looked confused

We always enjoy our date nights at Martini n Co. Great service, delicious food and the best Cocktails n Mocktails! Highly recommended!

A little disappointed ☹️ not we expected , not good customer service from couple of staff

We didn’t mind waiting the 15 mins to be seated. We understand it’s Valentine’s Day and busy. Or the fact that we had wait 45 mins for our drinks and food. However, upon ordering, my wife clearly stated she doesn’t want any Parmesan cheese on her pasta. The waitress clearly said that if an ingredient isn’t listed on the menu then it WON’T be in our meal. Still as a precaution we asked for no Parmesan. 45 mins later and my wife’s pasta is served with Parmesan all over it. Mistakes happen, I understand. We returned the pasta to be remade only to have it served back to us in less than 4 mins time because the chef decided to mix the bowl of pasta to hide the Parmesan. Now imagine my wife had anaphylaxis to Parmesan??? I’ll just leave it at that! We left without my wife having her dinner on Valentine’s Day. Won’t be returning.

Food was good but my lamb targine didn't have enough chicken peas had a lot of green peas so not very impressed but was ok

Our go to restaurant because we know we will never get a bad meal here. Order came very quick especially the entrees. There were plenty of servers that kept checking on us and how we enjoyed the food. Seafood Paella fantastic as always. Generous serving. Entrees were big enough to share. We had Bruschetta and Calamari. Servers all polite and friendly and very attentive. All in all another great experience at Martini and Co Plenty Valley.

The meals were delicious, the service was good and ambience lovely. Since I was catching up with an old friend that I hadn’t seen in a long while, we would have appreciated the background music not being so loud when you are talking

Food was good drinks aswell the disappointing part was the coffees which we didn’t drink the short black wasn’t a short black and the cappuccino tasted like milk hardly any coffee in it and to make matters worse they came on takeaway cups when dining in you don’t serve coffee in takeaway cups

Almost everyone was very happy with their meal and the service was great thank you. My 20 year old grandson ordered a steak meal and thought he cooked a better steak but he's been practising for months to get the perfect steak.

Staff did not acknowledge special requests, i understand training staff but it felt very intimidating being approached one after the other, communication may be something to focus on the kitchen were extremely stingy with portions, no pomegranates or oranges in the citrus salad and 3 pieces of calamari in the calamari salad

Food was very disappointing. Barely eatable. Don’t waste your money.

Not that great. Hospitality was good however good sucked. Mushroom risotto was soo bad. Not even close to the actual risotto. Like why bother ?

The Martini special salad with pulled pork was just that special. Big serve and tasty dressing. Followed up with a couple of inventive and delicious cocktails for dessert.

Great overall experience. Food was really yummy and great portions.

When we arrived we were taken to our reserved seat, however we were not happy with the low table and preferred a normal standard table we asked for this and was given another better table to be seated at. Very happy

After being seated, we waited half an hour and not one staff member even looked at us, while others were being seated and served. This place is disgraceful. The staff are poorly trained and completely oblivious. Hopefully a poor google review will change your attitude.
