A place like that should be able to cater for people with allergies- simple steak and chips and they couldn't provide that - you need to pick up your game guys!!

Pretty disappointed on the food ! Had spaghetti Bolognese and the sauce was disgustingly salty. Wasn’t offered to not pay for it.

Great bar/restaurant to eat at. A little disappointed with the curry but other than that we couldn't fault it. The also do split bills which is handy

There was a draft and it was quite cold. Food was nice, a little over priced though. Lots of options to choose from, and the service was pretty good

The food was great , but service was slack ! The restaurant was really cold but apparently the Westfield shopping center controls the heating temperature and doesn’t allow them to shut their doors that let the draft in????? Probably won’t visit in winter again .

food overall was pretty bad and the wait time for a drink 30-40 minutes. plus getting sick off eating the pork. was terrible service and notice a lack of communication between the staff.

***Warning to people - check your food before you eat it as they add additional items to their dishes that they don't list on the menu*** Matrini + Co....Not what I expected... so was dissapointed to start but decided not to judge before actually dining here. Wait staff where friendly and polite... should have had more staff though. The ones worked were rushing around, felt sorry for them. Very loud restaurant, cant really have a decent conversation with your company here, you can barely here yourself think. Food was ok, nothing to rave about. I had the Caprese pizza. Menu says Tomato, cheese & balsamic glaze. Perfect. However, when it came out it also had dolops of olive tapenade and pesto. This is NOT listed on the menu. I had to send it back as I'm allergic to pine nuts. This is a big no no in my book. You should never add nuts to a meal without it being on the menu. They made me a new one pretty quickly. Should have been for free but wasn't going to argue considering they didnt even appologise for it. Very average pizza, no flavour. The people I was dining with had the same opinion, food was ok, but not great. I wont be back, too average for my liking. Many other nicer places to eat at Westfield.

One dish ordered pork belly with crispy skin and the skin was like rubber. One desert ordered pear strawberry crumble. It was as like eating breakfast muesli. Not enough fruit and too much crumble very dry. The coffees came out before desert so they were cold as we wanted them with desert. Overall average.

Nice food and was quick to come out. Service was a bit average. After meals were bought out, we barely saw another waiter or waitress the whole evening. Had to hunt someone down to irder coffee and again to ask for the bill

Whilst everything was not perfect to start with the restaurant was very accommodating in fixing things straight away. This is the second time I have been there and it will be a regular place we go to. Great food, very helpful staff.

Was excited to hear there were more Restaurant/Bar opening up in the area, and keen to try Martini & Co. On first visit we had main courses, One was pork belly the other Atlantic Salmon. Pork Belly was a piece of pork belly with fennel coleslaw for $33.00, over priced for what it was. I chose the Salmon as there was a picture of it on the menu and it looked great. To my disappointment it was nothing like the picture and overcooked and dry. On this night the place was full, so put it down to the kitchen just trying to pump all the meals out. Decided to give it one more try. On the second visit we had a burger and chips, a parma and the gnocchi. Parma was like a pub meal which was ok, the gnocchi was nice but was barely luke warm and the burger was terrible. The burger was an overcooked rissole that only covered half the bun and the bacon was cooked within an inch of its life. You could snap it into pieces. We then had sticky date pudding which was a buy in product which is fine but asked for Cream with it, only to get the fake dairy whip cream from the can. Overall very disappointed. Will we be back, probably not. On a positive note the staff that served us both times were great, shame about the food.

Food and drinks were great. The lounge area is awesome for long Sunday lunches but bring extra layers - it’s freezing and draughty in that corner of the restaurant. The music was weird. Great if its background but more than once someone obviously realised there was NO music and hit play then it was too lound and didn’t fit the atmosphere at all! No one is there to listen to THAT! Turn it down a smidge and blend it to the time of day/ customer cohort. I wanna talk to my friends, not OVER the music.

The service was great, very efficient and friendly, and the meals were delicious meals. Only issue was that the venue was cold, and noisy. The acoustics and temperature of the venue would improve if there was carpet on the floor. The place had great atmosphere.

Very good customer service. Everyone is smiling. Big servings. Main meal can be shared by two. Was not really pleased with the dessert though. Nothing special. $14 for a slice of cake(with ice cream on the side) which tasted like it was from a cake box.

Food and service was nice but very cold inside. More heating inside is needed as the breeze coming in from outside the escolators flows under the tables, making it slightly uncomfortable.

The atmosphere is great and the staff friendly. Only downside was that our table was right in front and only one heater was provided so we had a cold draft coming in all night. Great selection of food but the pork crackling was too overcooked.
