Martini & Co - Plenty Valley

Love the customer service, everyone is so nice and kept checking on us throughout the night. Have been here before and will 100% be back again.

Service was good. Meals were good. Staff were very friendly.

The entree was amazing! The salt and pepper calamari and prawns sticks. The deserts also VERY delicious, unfortunately the main let them down. Had the more expensive option, the surf and turf...the prawns were chewy and the briccolini was over cooled, I like the veggies to be crisp. The steak was ok. Sorry guys but not the best value for money in my opinion. Will be back however.

The food we ate ranged from calamari to wild mushroom risotto with chicken burger thrown in for good measure. Only complaint on the burger was the bacon was too smoky. All else was OK. However one glass of wine was off and had to be sent back; totally undrinkable. If you sit under the ceiling ducts be prepared for a fair bit of noise. Altogether an enjoyable evening.

Omg we had the best service and the food was amazing I cannot express our experience there was 10/10 and we gave a good tip.

Pulled pork sliders for entree were nice, as was the Chicken Parma for main. Unfortunately our other main was the Caramelised Onion Tortellini was terrible. It had such a strong lemon and vinegar flavor that the dish was inedible. Disappointing that we selected the wrong dish which my wife simply couldn't eat.

Speedy service and they have a good variety of food.

Staff were rude, pushy, we weren’t told about a time limit on our table when booking which if we had of I never would have booked.

Food was great, service was great, the night was great.

The food was nice but took a long time to come out. All our coffee was warm not hot and didn't taste good. We ended up buying coffee elsewhere after we left. There was a constant loud noise coming from above our heads which was very annoying and we had to raise our voice to talk above the noise level. Spent over $70 for an average experience. Breakfast at the Coffee Club was by far much better.

Table was ready, service was prompt and food was delicious.

Food was delicious, just had to wait a little while to get it even though it wasn’t busy. The room is quite dark too so if you don’t like that atmosphere then it isn’t the place for you.

Great food and cocktails. I did want the smaller pork belly from their menu but it's an old menu on their website?! So had to pay $32. Also asked about their 'freak shakes' lady said they don't do them but were making one for someone else if I wanted one.

In all the times I've been to martini & co plenty valley I can never fault the service or the food! The staff are absolutely fantastic!!! (as someone who is a manager in a customer service style job this is VERY VERY important to me) The food and drinks are always delicious! Even when the are packed, like this evening, they are great at getting food out promptly ! :) LOVE LOVE LOVE this restaurant !

Overall it wasn’t a bad night, and we have been there before and it’s been much better. We both tried something different on the menu and both meals were not very good. The Thai Chicken Curry was awful and we ordered chips with our meal as an entree which came out just before we finished eating our main.

The food was really nice, portions were good and the customer service was really good to they were very attentive

The service tonight was not good, waited over 10 minutes for anyone to seat us, food was great but then again had to get up to get dessert, have been here a couple of times and loved it but their customer service tonight was terrible

Loved everything!! The food, the alcohol, the atmosphere, the service. Definitely will go back to try all the other cocktails and yummy food
