Martini & Co - Plenty Valley

Lack of space we were placed out the back against a wall, Unorganised staff, Waited a hour for food, Had to continuously wave around of attention

The serving of the main meal was way too slow - 1.5 hours. One member of our party was about to leave. Most people of our talble of eight enjoyed their meal once it arrived. Way too crowded - I wouldn't go back on a weedend night. If there are going to be this many customers in peak times, the kitchen needs to step up.

Just beautiful, nice staff, food was tasty as well as the martinis. Going back there for my birthday too!

The restaurant was freezing cold, we had to wear our coats the whole time we were in there. 2 out of 3 meals were nice. The service was very slow.

The staff were fantastic and friendly. The food was amazing and great value for money. I loved the Nutella martini and the hot chocolate was delicious.

The service was terrible. The food was alright I don’t think I’ll be going back.

The Food and the service is immaculate. The staff always go above and beyond to ensure you are well looked after. One of my favourite places to dine or have casual drinks.

The venue is nice and the wait staff were very attentive and accomodating. Price point was good for food and drinks however food was not as good as expected.

The food was good but very large meals - the venue was quite cold though def needs some heating especially on a day like today that was freezing outside!!

It was beautiful place with great food, very busy but service for drinks and even to pay the bill took a long time and food took a long time . But was very nice

This was the second time being there on a Friday night, and even though the restaurant was full the service was attentive, food was great and plates were cleared promtly. Will definitely come again.

Nice place to have dinner with drinks. Waiting a little long for food though. It was fairly busy so I’d like to see what the service is like the next time I go.

Bought a visitor from outside Melbourne here for dinner. Food was quick and exactly as ordered.Staff were always there when we needed anything, meals were all enjoyable.

The order arrived quickly and the food was delicious. The set up is nice, you can choose to sit indoors or in the open area.

Great night out. Will go back again. Large drink selection. Dishes sizes spot on, not to small or too big. Ambience was great as well.

Worst service we have ever experienced. Drinks took forever to arrive and we had to ask three times for water for the table. We had a table of 8, two of the meals arrived 20 mins after everyone else had finished, we had to ask for 4 times what was going on; one of the late meals was supposed to be a burger but was actually a foccacia. Never again. Daughters birthday ruined.

We were very disappointed, we sat in the very back of the restaurant looking at 4 blank walls not even in the main area of the restaurant even though we booked well in advance. Our meals took an 1hr & half to come out and only half of the table received their meals, the other half of the meals came out even later, meaning the people who received their meals first were finished eating before the rest of the meals came out. The waitresses were very nice however the kitchen is obviously very under staffed.

It took over an hour and a half and we were still waiting for our main meals. Our waitress was very good but the service from the kitchen was pathetic. We left without eating our meals won't be going back.

First time here. Started with bread and dips and had ravioli with lobster and prawn. Finally finished off with sticky date pudding, best i ever had. Fantastic service. Great atmosphere.

All 6 of us thoroughly enjoyed the food, it was absolutely delicious and there was plenty of it. Service was very friendly and efficient. Thank you for helping us celebrate our son's 18th Birthday in such a great way, we will definitely be back!!!!!

Service was very good, food came out semi cold and drinks were very syrupy! I ordered a pomegranate cosmo which states on the menu it had fresh pomegranate and it came with 1 single on floating in it was a bit disappointed

Deanna was an excellent server and the food and drink was great as always. Martini and Co is always a popular hang out for my friends and I.

They squeezed 8 of us on a table of 6 even though I had booked a week prior. Waitresses kept coming and askingif were are ready to order knowing that we were still waiting on others. Most of the food was cold. Entree came out after mains. No beer on tap even though it's advertised. On the upside though. The parma itself was tasty.

The food really wasn't all to rave about. It really lacked in flavour and efficiency however the service was very friendly. Did not have a martini due to food presentation.

Service was amazing. The girl who was our waitress was bright, bubbly, helpful. We were served super quick. Took a long time for our drinks to come out but they were super busy. Will 100% return

very busy took over a hr to get ouroasta ... but the stuff were wonderful and love ... we also got 2 cocktails on the house

Food was amazing but service was quite slow. Hard to flag someone to order a drink, then had to wait 20 minutes for it to arrive. First round of drinks and entrees came out fast but so did our main and we weren't even half finished our entrees which mean the mains were sitting going cold. They don't serve burgers after 5.30PM but this isn't listed on the menu, they rely on waitresses to tell you, which ours didn't, so came back 10 mins later asking my husband to change his order. Seriously though, as if not offer burgers for dinner! And after this they still tried to charge us for the burger as well as the main my hubby ended up ordering as it hadn't been removed from the bill. Drinks menu stated there are beers on tap but upon asking which ones, we were told that actually there isn't yet and it's not like they have only been open for a week or two. Meals were a good size and food was cooked perfectly and full of flavour - seafood lovers have to try the mussels, totally amazing! Steak was cooked to perfection although the side dish stated in the menu wasn't available which they also didn't mention when ordering and was replaced with mash (luckily I love mash so worked out okay!). Would return purely to have the mussels but honestly recommend they get more bar and wait staff on to keep up with demand. We would happily have spend a lot more there but ended up leaving to go elsewhere for dessert and more drinks in the hope that we wouldn't have to wait so long.

After reading a lot of bad reviews we had concerns however we gave it a go. What an experience. The staff were very helpful even giving my daughter ice cream after her mains was a little too spicy. Food was great and lots of choice. The only little negative is that it should be stated that burgers aren't available at night time. All in all, we will certainly be returning sooner rather than later. Thanks for a great night

Our waitress was extremely helpful and meals were within a good time frame even though the restaurant was very crowded. Drinks a little slower but once again the restaurant was very full..

Food was great and the staff were attentive however too many staff members continually asked us multiple questions, we were approached at least 20 times, it was frustrating, other than that, great food and cocktails were delish

First time at martini & co and I loved the food so much variety I couldn’t decide because everything was appealing! The service was fantastic and prices are reasonable , I will definitely being going back

The service and food was fantastic. There was a range of delicious food from the menu. Only thing was that the restaurant was extremely cold. Which was not comfortable.

Overly busy which is fine for a Friday night. But they couldn’t cope, had to wait 20 mins for a table, kept being told ‘just a min, just a min’ Took ages for someone to take our Order and food was Luke warm at best.

Had dinner with some friends booked for 6.30pm. We decided what to eat and waitress took our order but my friend who wanted a burger could have it as she said only up until 5.30pm. So chose made another choice. After we had finished our dinner we see the next table recieve a burger they ordered and it was 8pm. Has no mention in the menu that you can only order burgers at a certain time so this was very disappointed and misleading. Apart from that food was delicious and service is good but sometimes they do overdo it probably to get you out as quickly as they can to turn over table.

My main meal was tasty but way too small. I had the prawn & lobster ravioli and had to ask for a second serve as I had finished it in less than 5 minutes. Service was excellent, our waitress Laura was exceptional. If it wasn’t for her it may have been a different experience.

I found the food very enjoyable. The staff very accommodating in trying to please me as I am Vegan. They made adjustments for me, Unfortunately it was a bit cold to sample a cocktail.

Food was not that great and service was slow understaffed trying to get a waitress attention was like sucking blood from a stone wont be going back in a hurry

I booked online and when we arrived we were seated outside and the heater near us didn’t work so we were freezing most of the night. Also my friend who is allergic to nuts and specifically asked if the apple crumble pie contained nuts was served up a dessert that had almonds on it. Then they still added it to the bill which we had to ask to take off. A disappointing experience as the restaurant looks lovely and food was nice but I don’t think I will bother going back.

Terrible service. Waited way over an hour for our food. Coffees were given to us in take away cups.. we were a group of 20, one of the worst experiences we’ve had.

Waited 1 hour for food to come out that was very average, some food was cold also. Service was average half our guests on our table were not greeted at the door either. Drinks also took a good 15-20 mins to get to our table and childrens food was forgot about and came out after all the adults main meals. Was plenty of staff on but not much organisation between any of them. Menu quite confusing also

Food was really nice and so are the cocktails. My only complaint is it was a cold night and really cold inside restaurant as well. Felt like the air con was on.

Great atmosphere, food and drinks. Staff were very helpful and friendly, didn’t not leave us waiting for long at all. I will definitely be back!

The food was delicious however service was far beyond terrible. We waited 2.5 hours to receive our meals, including entrees. 1meal arrived 1hour before the rest of the 12meals. Some arancini were still cold on the inside. Chicken burger was missing bacon. There was no green pepper on our mushroom pizzas. On top of everything staff were rude, to us, and talking about us to other staff members while laughing away. Cooks were leaving the kitchen for whatever reason whilst we were waiting. After we received 11meals I had to ask again for the fish and chips my grandmother ordered, I then heard the chef put the order in to his cooks -.- the food was really nice but unfortunately due to the disrespectful service we received we will not return, and I urge you not to either.

The food was great however the service was a big THUMBS down for me. It's me as put me off for going there ever again.

We booked for Mother’s Day. Fantastic atmosphere food and service. The staff were so friendly and even though the were fully booked they did an amazing job looking after us highly recommended will definitely be going back!!!
