Waitress needs upskilling. Brought out main course before entrees. Not clear on the concept.

Great food and drinks although we had a table booked they told us to pick a table in a certain spot - bit strange they did not just reserve us a table and show us to the table.

Service was shocking three times we had to ask for a bottle of water, wait times for service was like we were in Fiji, (fiji time) and the food was bland.

Service was really good, every time we finished our drinks someone attended to us straight away. Food was pretty good, arancini could have been heated up more but our experience at the restaurant was pretty good. If anything, the cocktail list is very sugary, I would suggest more drinks with soda water and fresh fruit due to the sugar making you feel a bit yuck if you have too many.

Staff were great, food amazing and cocktail exceptional, like always.

I was disappointed that my seating request (placed at the time of booking) wasn't noted, but they did offer a solution. The service was rapid and the staff were very attentive and responsive. The food was delicious :D

Some items we ordered never came, we had to send back a cocktail and the coffee was quite bad. However, the overall experience was good. The waitresses were really lovely and the food was good. No one complained about any of their meals and we all left quite happy with what we ate.

Kids pasta had a hair in it Pork belly was not crispy skinned Felt a little let down by the reviews

Food was good and came out quick. The app used to split & pay the bill via the QR code really troublesome- we think it was malfunctioning and no one knew how to fix it. It forced the last 2 people to pay into one big payment and wouldn’t allow us to proceed until one person paid for the those last 2 people’s meals and drinks in one. It also charged extra fees at the last second so everyone’s payment was actually more than their share (regardless if they tipped or not.) Far more cumbersome than just splitting the bill at the till, and definitely not in the best interest of the customer because of the extra charges.

Our experience this time was not quite as outstanding as usual. We had an extremely long wait for our drinks and my pork belly was not to the standard of every other meal I’ve had there in the past.
