The food didn't come out together when ordered waiter didn't understand me.

Staff were fantastic, food was so tasty. Service is very quick. We have dined here a few times now and they never disappoint.

Food was exquisite... You must try the dumplings with the truffle and crab roe. Best duck spring rolls I’ve ever eaten. Very good service! We will be back with a crowd.

Quite pricey and every time staff walked behind my partner they bumped his chair,, no apology’s. The food was ok but wouldn’t rave about it.

Second time visiting Man Tong. 1 year later and the experience was shocking. Our table was reserved for 8.15 - we got there at 8.30 because we were bowling and then we get there 15 minutes late and they hadn't even had our table sorted. So we had to wait to get seated. Ordered our food (which was fine - the actual food was the only good part) for a restaurant that is as expensive as it is, the service was absolutely shocking. After ordering drinks and them coming out sporadically, we ordered tea for the table ($5 per person - outrageous) suppose to get unlimited tea - we kept running out and they kept taking it from the table and not replacing the pot. Paying so much for tea, it should be flowing and you shouldn't even have to ask. Also had to ask (not even joking) 6 different waiters to finally get water for the table. After finishing our meal instead of the waiters cleaning our plates they were more concerned about setting the table next to us for tomorrow - so we had to sit with dirty plates until we asked for them to be removed so we could have a dessert with a candle for a birthday. We ordered said dessert, it came out without a candle and a lot of confusion, then they quickly came and took it away and then it came back again. so the surprise was ruined. Overall the service honestly ruined the night and a birthday dinner and we wouldn't go back gain.

We had a great evening with amazing food. The dumplings are to die for and what we ordered was all tasty! Highly recommend and make sure you book. Definitely will be returning

No Compliant on food items, Receptions staff need more customer service training a bit rude behaviour , service staff not very attentive to our table only came to pour tea once for the whole duration while we were there

Third time, hereI, previously fabulous. This time they forgot about 2 of the meals, so when they arrived of course they were cold. We were going to a show (which was known when booked), so no time to send back. Very disappointing, we won't be back.

Good food and service little over priced but maybe because of location.The bathrooms were below standard dirty and unhygienic, left a sour impression on the whole experience.

Food was good, however coordination of all meals was very poor. Most of the dishes were cold before the rice arrived!! Very disappointing 😞

We were in a hurry to eat as we were going to a show. Once they were aware of this our service was prompt and courteous. Food was delicious as well. Waiting staff are very attentive and frequently touch base to check on everything.

We had a wonderful experience eating dinner at Man Tong. The food was delicious, reasonably priced and was served efficiently given that the restaurant was filled. Our servers, in particular Owen, were friendly and very helpful. We will definitely come back.

Our waitress named Laura was rude. She never smiled, looked angry and never said thanks even when we made the payment. Waited at least 30 minutes before getting served drinks. Good food but VERY poor customer service. Not worth paying more than $200 with such poor service. Not going to come back and not going to recommend this place. A shame since last time we came to this restaurant we had a better experience with another waiter.

Great service & food standard. The steamed Murray cod Chinese style is the best fish I’ve ever eaten and I eat out a lot.

They were terrible. We were led to a table that already had people on it so we were then shown to an enormous table which was way too big for our party. We were left for 15mins before we were given a menu. We had to ask for tea. We waited ages for our food. The dishes came out one at a time. Towards the end of our meal we discovered they didn’t put through one of our dishes. The food was good but not good enough to warrant a second visit after their lack of customer service. This was opposite to our experience 4 years.

Nice restaurant with great food and one of very few where kids allowed in Casino. May be considered a little expensive but guess you pay for quality.

The skin on the pork dumplings were so thick you could hardly swallow it. The service was sloppy and we were forgotten on a few occasions. Also got our drink order wrong.

Excellent food and great friendly service. This is our favourite Cantonese / Chinese restaurant. We have been here a number of times and it has always been a good meal. Prices are a little higher compared to other Chinese restaurants but given its location at Crown, I presume that's the reason. Highly recommended.

We went for lunch on Boxing Day and made the mistake of ordering a nine course banquet. Their aim seemed to be to serve customers quickly so they could reset the table. Within 40 minutes we were presented with our eight course, which should have been served prior to the beef, vegetables and fried rice, as this seemed to be the main. In spite of requesting that they slow down the courses, this was ignored, however we asked that the lobster be brought back. Another major mistake. When it came back it was dry, the batter soggy, practically inedible. We paid $108 each for this banquet which was a shambles and we were unable to finish some of the courses as they were served far too quickly. We will never return nor recommend this restaurant.

Great restaurant, friendly and helpful staff, fantastic food and a good environment. We love coming here and it’s in a great location. They do get busy and tell you that you’ll need to be out by a certain time but the service is so quick that you won’t have to worry.

we had a great experience at Man Tong! We were going to a concert and were worried we didnt have enough time but the food came out quickly, it was delicious and very reasonably priced! The service was amazing!
