The beef noodle wasn’t very authentic though. Otherwise all the dim sums were good. Keep it up!

Had a lovely lunch and all freshly cooked. Staff were very attentive and helpful.

The dimsims are nice but the fried rice was a bit too spicy, Ambience and Deco are above average. Over all good dining experience.

We were excited and had great expectations as I’d heard it was a great new restaurant in Chatswood. The service was shocking. Food arrived randomly, the drinks arrived in the middle of the meal and one of the items was so spicy it was inedible. It was a special occasion and we were very disappointed

Dim-sims are tasty! But the stri-fried foods are too salty now. individual waitress are not friendly enough

Good deco, friendly staff, delicious food. Due to one staff sick and absent, service was a bit busy during our visit.

The food is delicious! The service is very poor! Drinks took forever! Food took a long time! I won’t be going back!

The food is not cheap, but it is very good indeed - a combination of thoughtful innovation and excellent technique. Your dishes are sequenced from delicate to robust so that less robust combinations are not swamped by what you have already eaten. We went on a Monday night and there was a largish private party which meant that floor staff seemed stretched.

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch, just a little slow in serving one dish.

Because of the menu. Changes 3 of our favourites were not available and we were not pleased!

Usually go here on Sunday but this time on Friday it was very noisy. Food and service was great as always

Quite disappointing as the new chef/s did not come up to expectation of the previous chef who was very good. Some dishes are even no longer available, the good ones at that. Sad. I hope improvement comes soon as it was a very good restaurant then.

It was highly recommended by a colleague and service good food I ordered tasted very salty and very greasy. I won’t be recommending it to anyone else and will be sharing my opinion with my colleague.

Delicious food in a lovely setting. The staff were so friendly and accomodating for my 1 year old daughter. I will definitely be dining at Mama Mulan's again when i return to Chatswood.

Here for the first time celebrating my Aunts bday n they surprised her with a most deliciously decorated fried ice cream cake! Thank you Candy for your utmost attention n great service. Also to Flora n the ready if your waiting staff. Well done Mama Mulan! I shall be back n telling all my friends. Would have got 6 stars if the restaurant is better positioned and easier to access from the street. There are no signs to direct you from downstairs to say where the restaurant is. This needs immediate attention. The restaurant has been around for over a year and my Aunt who lives in Chatswood and frequently visits the Library did not even know about the restaurant. Having said that, now I know how to get there, I shall be back!👍☺️

Food, atmosphere and service were superb. The restaurant needs to get a good barista, the coffee was not up to standard. Also, when I was in the restroom a waitress came in, used the toilet and did not wash her hands as she left. The Manager needs to make a big deal about hygeine.

Found abit noisy because there was a big group of people having dinner. They were so loud talking and laughing. I observed people around them also look at them from time to time.

Booked this restaurant pre-theatre, not knowing anything about it. Walked in to this stunning restaurant, with lovely, welcoming staff, who couldn’t do enough for you. The lychee cocktail was divine and the food sublime. Highly recommend it, not just for pre-theatre, but for when you’d like delicious Chinese fare.

Great foods and good service. Only problem was a little bit noisy.
