Very good and relaxed - like the lack of pretentiousness

Very few traditional Italian dining rooms left in Sydney, especially with highly qualified Italian service. Pity they've stopped table cooking and even more so that they now put too little marsala in the zabaglione, but at least it is still offered, even if only by special request. at least

Strange dining out in a COVID semi lockdown world but well worth it. Really enjoyed the food even with a reduced menu.

Machiavelli is a Sydney dining MUST, for those of us lucky enough to live in Sydney we can dine there as often as we can. The food is always outstanding, the service is old fashioned detail, knowledge, care and above all its an experience. It never disappoints and never will.

Mi sono trovata molto bene; mi sono recata con un mio amico di Monaco che lavora in un hotel a 5 stelle ed anche lui è rimasto molto soddisfatto. Le pietanze erano ottimo e curate nei minimi dettagli, ho mangiato meglio qui che in Italia. Ci ha serviti Davide, ottimo servizio e professionalità complimenti.

Awesome evening, thank you Machiavelli staff for making our dinner totally enjoyable.

Arrived slightly early but seat was available. Service was excellent and both partner and I enjoyed our meals, decorations, valentines gift box and photographer was a nice touch.

Food was great as always, great size portions, good flavour and well presented. The staff are always friendly and great service. I particularly like the service of some of the entree dishes to each person!
