Celebrated my bday here with my family.As expected the food was great.

Great service very friendly staff, good food, we are so glad Lone Star reopened. Would love to see one in the northern suburbs of Victoria. AAA+ We always dined at Lone Star in Queensland.

Friendly service. Our steaks were cooked as we ordered. Very child friendly.

Excellent customer service by the restaurant manager, even had a nice chat too. Food was excellent. Loved the ribs!!! Free peanuts to munch on while ordering and waiting for food was a huge plus! Definately going back there.

the restaurant needs its own toilet facilities other than that pretty good, also needs more signage as its tucked away from the main strip

Service was friendly wait time for food way to long steak was very good baby back ribs very disappointing beef brisket could of done with some sauce overall not to bad

Overall I've had better at Ribs & Burgers. Thought the price was a little high. Wasnt a fan of the beef ribs, lamb ribs were ok but the pork ribs were the best.

Excellent service and great food. The lady that served us last night at 6:45 pm was very pleasant and welcoming. I will surely recommend the restaurant. 😄

Food was decent, very large portions. Full on the starters, so if your not a big eater then you would probably benefit from sharing a main with starters.. Enjoyed a couple of cocktails with dinner also. Thanks Lonestar

You get a bucket of complimentary peanuts with shells on, wonderful friendly staff, great atmosphere, I had a burger, loved the homemade patties. It was our first visit and we are willing to encourage others to go give it a try. Well done and thank you.

Great place with great food. Friendly staff, quick service and heaps of options on the menu. Drinks were a little slow to come out but that is something minor.

Awesome place to eat and a great family orientated restaurant to eat at i've been there about 5 times already. I will keep going back.

The service was fabulous. Our server Tara was incredible. She was so helpful always had a smile and very patient with our restless toddlers. The food was quick to come out and tasted great.

As usual food and staff were top notch, that's why we keep going back. Just wish you would use Uber eats for those nights when we don't want to go out.

Had a lovely Fathers Day lunch. The waitress was very friendly and all of the food we ordered was delicious. The ribs and steak were melt in the mouth. Even though the restaurant was packed for Fathers Day this did not impact on the wait times at all. Looking forward to go back and try more delicious ribs.

Food was ok for the price. I found the peppercorn sauce to have a tang not to my liking. Like the salt one chips to thumbs up there. There was to many staff on for the number of people in the restaurant so we were asked by a couple of people to take our drinks order when it was already done. While that is better then under-servicing it did make it obvious that there was not a synchronous balance between staff on who was looking after what tables.

3rd time there and 3rd time walked away happy. Staff go above and beyond and the food is great and plenty of it. Also reasonably priced. We will be back again no doubt.

Food was good, but there was only one server in the whole restaurant and this made it very long between sitting down and then actually ordering. Poor guy was run off his feet and everyone suffered.

Great service & huge tasty meals. Burgers were massive & fries best we've had for a ages! Next time we'll try the ribs! Wish there was a large screen for sports events.

We had very satisfied overall experience with Lone Star. We were expecting more juicy pork ribs but the one we got not that juicy. We used to visit Lone Star when we were in New Zealand.

Excellent customer service, friendly staff and great for the kids! They enjoyed it. Food was great and overall it has a nice atmosphere and setting.

Yummy food but there was a long wait for food to arrive .Staff did warn us about delay but we did wait 11/2hrs for food to arrive

Service great 😁 food yum just that my scotch fillet had a little too much grissel which made it quite chewy. Otherwise happy overall will return

Atmosphere and food are great, service was little slow as there were only two wait staff on, I suspect this is because they just opened and judging how busy they will get.

Awesome food, awesome atmosphere will definitely go again. The meals were huge and the people were really friendly .. my kids loved it too... cheese fries forever!

My family enjoyed eating there. Clean and tidy . Staff are very polite . Good size meals. Prices are okay. I would eat there again.

Un organised. Ran out of deserts. Ribs a bit to dry & not enough sauce. Coleslaw needs dressing. Other than that. It should get better as time goes on.

Would highly recommend this place the customer service was great and the food was great ribs and steak was amazing couldn't complain about anything and all very reasonably priced
