Excellent experience. The selection of dishes probably is not huge, sufficient to have a very tasty experience. My daughter says: better a shorter but well executed menu rather than long and average. Agreed!!! Pizza dough was perfectly cooked, my personal taste would have enjoyed it a bit more savoury but again, great!

Food quality was bad. We complained about the porschiutto rock melon which was overripe and tasted like fermented melon. Wait staff claimed they gave us the bitter end of the melon, didn’t even offer to replace the dish. Kid’s meal of butter and pasta was literally that. Nothing nutritious and nothing that we can’t cook ourselves at home. Overall food taste was not pleasant too.

Food was amazingly delicious we were flabbergasted by the delicious taste of the fish and the Veal; those scallops are not found anywhere in Perth!!!!! Love this place, attentive service and greeting by the owner even though she was short staffed and dealing with everything. A memorable visit!!

Have been a regular here under the previous operators but the reviews since the change have been poor. However, we found the food and service to be really good. The place is looking a bit tired and nowhere near as busy as in the old days but well worth revisiting for food and service. The only thing was they were tidying and cleaning at 9.30 as we were the only 4 left in the restaurant which always puts you off. We will return and hope that the locals start to support the new owners.

We had a friendly welcome and table was set up and ready. Srevice great and food was good. Staff made special effort without being asked to help celebrate birthday by providing lit candle and congratulations.

I took my daughter and my husband for dinner on Saturday night, the staff were excellent and overall it was nice, we would go there again. The only fault was the calamari, it was fishy and bland. The rest of our meals were excellent!

The restaurant has changed owners from Italian owners to non Italian owners and chefs. The food really has declined unfortunately.

One diner got an upset stomach. May be coincident but will not be returning. Not good value overall.

Food - pasta ok, jumbo prawns very disappointing. Prawns not shelled making it very difficult to peel due to them being very hot. Four prawns (that you shell yourself) with three pieces of asparagus with a bit of oily salsa for $34 - bit over priced. Finger bowl supplied but no bowls to put shells. Had to use a spare napkin - very messy. Noise level was good because there were only 3 tables occupied (total 10 people).

Terrible food and this used to be one of our favourite restaurants.

We did have a bit of a wait for mains to be served, however, they did all arrive altogether which was good. Other than that, couldn’t fault a thing. Very friendly staff and food and service was 100%. Thank you!

The staff And owners were incredibly attentive and friendly, the food was fantastic. The personal touches in ensuring my sons birthday was acknowledged were much appreciated. The Lamb shanks were delicious!

Great food and very friendly staff. We had the fettuccini carbonara, the gnocchi and the the spaghetti bolognese. All were very good. The manager and manageress went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We will be coming back.

The evening was great, the food and wine were really good. The only thing missing on the menu is the Chicken Parmigana! I have two males in my family who always used to order it. I feel this was a signature dish of Lo Zucchero.

The staff were friendly but very eager to clear our plates even when we were still eating which was a bit annoying. Also the spaghetti bolognese was super spicy and inedible for my pregnant friend. We requested one from the chef with no chilli which tasted fine. I ordered a Napoletana which also was very spicy and had extra vegetables which was different to the last couple of tunes I’ve ordered this dish. It wasn’t traditional sauce at all. Overall this was my 3rd visit here and the other times were excellent but I’m not sure I will go back again.

Very different to the Lo Zucchero I remember. The food was ok but the waitress was very confused about the menu and the food she was serving. Hardly anyone there.

Food very average; Pork belly dry and stringy; Fish special overcooked and not able to finish; waitress 1 asked how was meal - when told vanished (only there for 2 weeks) - another waitress came and told same - all too hard - no-one cared. We won't be back. Not like it used to be!!!

There was a nice variety of food to make a selection from and plenty of gluten-free options. The meals are generous in portion size and tasty. Just wish they still had the full range of pizza topping options as before as the only pizza option for vegetarians is the margarita.

Heaps of room at the table for kids to draw and wasn't overcrowded.

We were all a bit disappointed that there wasn’t the usual menu with Spaghetti Marinara etc. We thought menu was quite restrictive and expensive. Used to come here all the time, but what we did order was very nice.
