The food here is always spot on! I find it hard to pick anything other than their award winning avocado dish, however, if I ever do, that meal is amazing too.

We had a booking for 4 people, we were greeted as we came in the door, seated and we were talked through the process of ordering foots and given water. The menu was extensive and difficult to choose as all sounded amazing. We were all extremely happy with both food and service. The only comment I had is the umbrella over our table was not big enough and 2 of us sat in the sun which was difficult. Thank you to all the staff for a lovely brunch experience….WE WILL BE BACK! Little Hideout Café is a lovely local café in Hawthorne/ Balmoral with delicious food, coffee and great teas. It's friendly, the service is good and regulars feel valued.

This is a good place to catch up with friends. They have great food and good service. The servings are a good size for lunch.

We went on a Saturday morning, it was fairly busy but staff are always friendly and attentive and service was quick. We were seated, water jug and glasses provided and drink orders taken within the first few minutes. Breakfast came out about 15mins after being ordered and was delicious. Will keep returning. 10/10!
