Always great for a family occassion, great pizzas and pasta. Staff super friendly.

The pastas are really good👌service also very friendly and the view from the top is nice.

its great Italian food, very popular judging by all the people on a week day. However being charged a credit card fee when I didn't use credit card was strange.

The special crispy pork belly was a bit disappointed because the skin was not crispy and the meat is dry and tough. It was not cheap at all. The rest of the food was fine. However, the staff offered free desserts to compensate our disappointment.

The main meals were superb. No doubt about it... I would return for them, everyone's plates were all empty. The deserts were not great. The Gelato's were good, but sticky date, tiramasu were below average. It wasn't busy, so I'm not sure why the service was so slow, even trying to get the bill while they were clearing up around us & the shop downstairs was closed! Very unfortunate how bad the service was - the waitress was lovely & friendly, but SLOW & not terribly attentive. I hope that's not the norm, because I would return for the lovely food.

Overall not a great experience and unsure whether we would return. There are some quick-wins that could be achieved to better the experience. Such as, tables were chipping and pulled / scratched arms whereas a white table cloth could have been placed on top - this was dangerous for the toddler with us. The chairs were very shabby and material pulled off. Service was average if not unhelpful. Had to ask for water on the table (which came in a chipped/old jug) and when asked for a child's pizza 'with olives' we were told that children's pizzas could not be changed - therefore had to order an adult pizza for the toddler - not very accommodating. Food was OK - pizza better than the other dishes we ordered. We had dined at 'chelsos' for years before it changed hands and unsure if we would be back. Given the prices of the dishes, little changes could be made to make it a better experience.
