Love coming to this restaurant. The service is always professional and friendly. The food is consistently good and we come back so we can keep trying different dishes. Highly recommend Le Coq, we have plenty of favorites - baked cheese soufflé, smoked duck a l’orange, Coq au vin, are definite winners, but that’s just naming a few. Do try the duck fat chips and just appease the guilt with their steamed greens. Then come back another time and try other dishes!!

Best duck I have had in Sydney so far! The service was great and we will be coming back to explore the other roast options.

First visit after sighting venue on passing. It’s a classic non Parisienne brasserie style environment. Good ambiance and helpful staff and a straightforward menue focusing on the Brasseries’ key dishes. Loved the service and moderate and appropriate wine listing and pricing. Only sticky point is that of the table surface, too much antibacterial residue! Would definitely come again and recommend to others.

I really enjoyed the duck, it is definitely a reason to go there. Other items are nice but a bit pricey for what you get.

Great food, good wine, the atmosphere was noisy and fun. Its not a cheap place to eat but that's because its great quality food with amazing flavours. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We were very disappointed in the snail entree as it was tasteless. As for main meals as sharing it was good size portion. Felt menu was limited. Good wine menu.

The first time I went to this restaurant with my husband we were blown away by the food, the service and the ambience. I went back with a group of friends and found the service and ambience still excellent but the food was not as fine as I remembered it, except for the dessert which was exceptional, and the wine, which was also delicious.

We went for a family lunch of 4 on a Saturday and had a wonderful experience. Great food (it was hard to choose from the menu, so many good things to choose from) in a lovely setting with good knowledgeable and friendly service. We will definitely return soon.

I always enjoy my meal here. I loved the starters we chose and the popular soufflé. The cocktail was great. Yesterday, however, bread and butter pudding wasn’t available and I don’t enjoy cold crepes, as were the crepes suzette yesterday. The texture of the crepes change when they are cold. I’m looking forward to another visit soon.

Outstanding Bastille Day menu with some amazing choices. All beautifully presented, lovely & hot and our Waiting Team ,par excellence! The choice of foods and beautiful pairing of selected wines not to mention the complimentary Mango Brandy at the end of the night,simply exquisite. A wonderful restaurant we may have to go back for the Christmas in July special.

Gréât place We went for Bastile Dinner and it was stunning. We took the beef Bourguignon and it was perfectly cooked. Lovely service, we loved our dinner there

Service attitude could be better. Not friendly, but not rude. I know when I am getting good service, it looked like the wait person did not care, had to ask for tea, then took awhile to bring out second serving of milk. I will come back however, as the food suits me, the atmosphere not frenetic, and affordable.
