Food and service were amazing but it was very noisy.

It's a great place but very busy and quite noisy. The food was very good however one plate of fish and chips was nicely hot but the other was only just hot. Staff very friendly and accommodating considering how busy they were

Love the new outside it’s why we keep coming back. The inside has always been very old and needs a make over. The food is usually good although they tend to be understaffed so there’s usually some sort of issue.

Of all the times weve dined here this was unfortunately the worst. It took at least 20mins for the bottle of wine to arrive to our table (even after following up). Two Lamb roast was ordered. One came out then we were told they've ran out so the other would be Beef (okay it happens). Lamb went cold so I'd asked for it to be heated while we waited. When the Beef eventually was served it was very dry. Empty plates took ages to be cleared despite many staff walking past. We asked a waitress if we could order our desserts and she had no idea. A waiter then arrived, we ordered 1 brownie to have here and 1 to takeaway. We had to follow up after 20mins with this one too. We ended up getting 2 takeaway brownies. Unimpressed with service and food this evening. Staff communication has a long way to go.

ordering and paying for a drink that was forgotten and having to go back to remind the bar staff. you were busy but this is not really acceptab

Very crowded. No organisation for ordering or getting a table. No personalised service. Lady taking order was rude. Good was average. Had better elsewhere

food and service great. a group of us sat in the courtyard where some noisy kids running around made the dinner experience less pleasing.

the service wasn't up to scratch that night as there were a few 'green' waiters. I had to ask for our plates to be cleared, and the kitchen made a mistake with one of our orders. all okay though, we understand these things happen sometimes.

Love the renovations. Grandkids thought the playground was awesome. Majority of dishes were fantastic, however we had to send back a kid’s fish and chips meal. Overall, lunch was very tasty and enjoyable. One suggestion- condiments should be on the table with cutlery and napkins.

Enjoyable evening, great food, service was quick too. Only down side their coffee machine was broken, and poor selection of deserts.

Good can cater laugh crowd and With some music to entertain us. That is nice n not too loud👍👍🙌🙌 Would be nice if we can see the singers on the screen but some might not like it so hard to please everyone too… But overall it’s very lively again!! Well done!! I’ll be back for sure🙌🙌

Food was great but service was average at best...meals came out one at a time with minutes in between each arriving. The last person still didn't have their meal when the first had finished - unacceptable

Always great food and service. This has become my regular dining out place. Thumbs up to Hagen for his excellent customer service!

Booking was for 8 but table only set up for 7. Missing one chair and plate and cutlery. We took what was needed from the table next to us! Table service would have been nice for drinks but not a deal breaker. Very speedy service from ordering to dining. Taking no more than 10 minutes. All eight dinners enjoyed the variety of meals presented, but there was about 5 minutes between the first being served and serving everyone! Overall a very good experience. Thank you.

They lost the birthday cake that was dropped off earlier in the afternoon. It was located in the dessert fridge with one piece missing after they had brought out someone else’s cake in the first instance. Hopefully it was just a bad night.

We went for Sunday lunch. Had table for 3 by the till where you order the food. Not the best place to sit. We had over 30mins from when we finished our mains to when we received our dessert. We had to ask twice for it and was about to ask again when someone we had spoken to earlier saw we were still waiting and said they would sort it. Lots of staff on but they need someone to be in charge. stay at the till and organise the staff - keeping a watchful eye. Al

We’ve never had a bad meal at The Last Local. They were really busy, but the food was continuously leaving the kitchen and our 6 dishes were delicious. All in all, we had a great night.

Had the Steak Sandwich, had nice enough flavour but wasn’t impressed with the lack of filling - was pretty much all bread.

Very busy as expected. The food came quite quickly. We enjoyed both our meals.

Service was pretty average. We waited 15 minutes for someone to show us to our table. Our food didn’t come out together and by the time two of us had finished we were still waiting for a steak sandwich.

Nice evening.. ordered mushroom risotto.. its bit very plan no flavours but okay eat ..

All meals were very tasty! Customer service was excellent. We really enjoyed all of it . Will definitely go again and recommend it to everyone.😊

This was the 1st time we have been in the evening, we have only done Sunday roast before, which has always been good, so last night was a pleasure, good food, fair price, good beer, live music and excellent fast service at table 5.

We are very regulars at the Last Local. Love all the changes they are making since the new owners took over. Food is really great, is served fast and above all…. nice and hot when it gets to your table!

Had some food experience in the past but this time was a bit of an issue maybe because it was crowde. The pork belly was not melt in the mouth as we had the previous time. Long wait for service but guess to be expected with the crowd. Other foods were ok. May give it another shot another time to see if this is a random issue

It was noisy but considerate normal as it was karaoke night you would expect it to be busy and noisy with the amount of people singing
