To be charged $189 surcharge what a complete rip off.Bill was over $1000. Food was average.I am disappointed I didn't take a photo of what they call an antipasto plate for the price we paid.Spaghetti marinara had 4 prawns and the clams weren't even open,why did they serve them. Dissatisfied, Disappointed group of 15ppl that will not return. Word of mouth is very powerful.

The food at La Spaghettata is simply divine. We started with the bruschetta, which was fresh and flavorful, setting the stage for what was to come. For the main course, I had the Spaghetti Carbonara, and it was absolutely perfect. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the sauce was rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor.

As always the food was beautiful and great atmosphere, when in Melbourne this is always on our list to stop and eat Great food and great service

Overall a fairly average experience. Service was just ok, food was below average and expensive. The 20% special event surcharge, which we only learnt about when paying the bill, was ridiculous. The fact that they asked for a tip on top of that was just plain offensive. Wouldn’t go back, would t recommend.

We had an amazing time. Our waiter was fabulous. The staff was incredible. Overall, our experience was fantastic. If there is one criticism, it would be that I wish they could split the bill. We had a tough time with that.
