We love coming here. Great food, easy to order on the iPad and it comes straight to you via the food train. It’s relaxing and a great place to eat your favourite Japanese foods!

The food is delicious, very friendly staff and quick service!

This was our first time at Kosaten and it was amazing. By ordering your own food on the iPad it allowed you to eat at your own pace. The food was next level, the kingfish in lime 🍋‍🟩 was the best I’ve ever had and the portions were enough to allow you to try one or two different plates with overloading. Will definitely be back. All our food choices were delicious. Fast service, very enjoyable experience.

Great first visit. Loved the layout and efficiency of the whole process from ordering to delivery. Food was good and lots of choice, great value with a few treats in there. Lay out offers private areas for groups or sections for couples or smaller groups. Tasty and just a good experience.

Front of house guy, absolutely rude said his name was Luk. He didn’t offer any water, clean up, I had to hold a platter in one hand while eating soup with other hand, due to no space on table . No service, when we asked to change to a bigger table there was no response. What a terribly rude and entitled man. He said he wouldn’t give his name to me, as he had no relationship to me, and to never return. I was calm and assertive but he was rude and aggressive.

Food was great. The price is just a little bit pricy. We enjoyed the food.

I’m used to the takeaway menu so was disappointed with the smaller menu offerings for in-house dining. The food was still mostly very good with the exception of the Kingfish, which was not nice.

This was our second visit to Kosaten this week. The food is awesome, reasonably priced & staff are friendly. Our new go to restaurant.
