Food was great, service was lack lustre. Attendant (young guy) wasn’t rude but let’s just say his customer service skills could use a little brushing up.

Got chased out less than an hour after the food arrived, rude staff, more of a profit assembly line than a dining experience provider. Shame of a restaurant.

King Hotpot never fails to disappoint. It’s every thing you want and more. The only downside is some times you have to sit at the table and not the conveyor belt.

food was good - but was told on arrival we were only allowed to sit for an hour, then it took 25 - 30 minutes to receive everything we ordered.
