Got chased out less than an hour after the food arrived, rude staff, more of a profit assembly line than a dining experience provider. Shame of a restaurant.

Lovely food and great fast friendly service, very reasonably priced

King Hotpot never fails to disappoint. It’s every thing you want and more. The only downside is some times you have to sit at the table and not the conveyor belt.

Very overpriced and food and broth are in bad quality

food was good - but was told on arrival we were only allowed to sit for an hour, then it took 25 - 30 minutes to receive everything we ordered.

They charge for everything and I ordered something and didn't receive it and they almost tried to charge me for it, there weren't even that many customers, the restaurant was maybe only 20% full so I don't find this particularly great. But overall okay.

Short waiting time, nice food and good service. Unlimited refill of soup.
