A mix up with our order, however once sorted, great as always.

First-time experience and was impressed with the food quality and service! Would be going back again and again!

Not bad but the service definitely needs to improve. Most of our order was missing and no tongs, scissors or cups were given to us until we asked.

First time dinning here, took hubby and our 3 kids, we all absolutely loved the food and experience of cooking our meal (kids especially) We will deffinatly be coming back

It was not a good experience at that restaurant. The food was old, and the prices were very high. Additionally, the staff had difficulty speaking English.

It was a nice bbq experience. Ordering with a pad when were ready to cook and to cook more when were about to finish what's on the grill was pretty good. Made things moving for us nicely. There was no time restraint to the buffet which made us enjoy the dining experience without worrying about the cut off time. The meat were good and came out nicely presented. And the pre cooked meals especially the fried ones from the kitchen were nice and warm and super crispy. Very appetizing. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Serves with a smile on their face. Would definitely go back to enjoy more meals here and bring some friends and family. Wish you can have a branch North of the River please.

This was our second time visiting. Compared to our first visit during the first month of opening, they have significantly improved wait times for orders, which we greatly appreciated. Our server was so helpful and extremely lovely, we cannot commend her enough. The only downside was that the mussels we ordered as part of the premium buffet all tasted off, which was a bit of a shame. Overall, it’s decent for the price, and we enjoyed our dinner.

Was alright. Not too many options. Only one type of dessert and one type of friut.

Average for the price you pay and the drinks were warm and underwhelming.

Great Food, The explanation at the start was a little rocky but after a few questions it was all explained. Dissapointed there was wasn't a lot more desert options like icecream for the kids..

Took the premium and seems cannot justify the food. The meat does not taste wagyu. It does not seem marinated. Just sauce over the meat prior served - in my opinion. The cut was so thick, it was hard to cook. The sashimi was not as fresh. The octopus was mushie. The condiments station was always half empty- seaweed was always empty, wasabi empty most of the time and sesame bean sprout was empty the time we were there. Ordered a beer and took them 20 minutes to get it from the fridge. Restaurant was half full only. Cannot justify the amount paid. There are other place in town far better.

Opening night tonight disappointed but definitely few teething issues owners from hot pot vic park and Morley they are a great team and will definitely support them but please improve and fix the minor issues cos when king bbq will take off you will have a successful business
