Honestly pretty disappointed overall. The decor was pretty outdated and unappealing. Selection of food was relatively limited although the quality seemed decent. The waitress was lovely and could not fault her but the staff member that called about the booking and the person at front door were shockingly rude and unprofessional.

Food good. But I booked online and wanted to call to confirm. I must’ve called 5 to 10 times and NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. Extremely annoying.

Helpful and attentive staff. Good variety on menu with a typical sauce bar for most hot pot places. Easy to order via iPad and food is good. Nice atmosphere to chat with friends and share food.

Service was excellent and the food was fresh and full of flavour. Definitely worth it. Travelling all the way from Melbourne, it was definitely one of the best hot pot restaurants I have been to.

Nice staff, fast service, and amazing foods. There is a reason why Sancheng Hotpot is still our favourite hotpot restaurant despite trying bunch other new places that keep popping up in Sydney.
