Living locally- I’d always wanted to visit Jasmine House, but never did until Saturday night. I made the booking for 6:45, and as we walked in, the restaurant was empty, which for me is never a good sign. However, it filled VERY quickly. The atmosphere was really pleasant. And the staff were attentive without hovering. And the food was AMAZING. If I had one criticism, it would be to update the cocktail menu. I know you don’t go to an Asian restaurant for the cocktail menu, but they could do some rocking fresh Asian based cocktails! A lychee martini would have been great

Food was delicious, but that is where the positives end. Waited a while for a waiter to take our order after we were finally able to flag one down. Waited an hour for the first entree and the drinks to come out and then the next four entrees came out in dribs and drabs over the next 20 minutes after we asked the waiter where the meals were. Then the mains took another half hour to arrive and all came out ten minutes apart, which was not ideal to be sharing the dishes. Food itself was small portions and barely any meat which was disappointing for $20 a dish. Disappointing experience, won’t be coming back.

Staff were pleasant. Customers engaged with other customers. Overall fantastic and I definitely would highly recommend to my friends

Understaffed and inexperienced waiters theses days. Not sure what happened in recent times, because for many years it used to be very good service, but not any more. Quality of food is still good though.

Friendly staff, fresh tasty Asian food cooked efficiently. Sang happy birthday with another table celebrating a birthday everyone was involved. Clean environment.

Small stuff ups with 2 orders but overall great food and experience.

Our meals came out at different times and the drinks were even later. We had to keep asking for our food, plates, drinks and water. Lovely people but the service wasn’t great.

Very slow in getting served. Took for ever for anyone to offer us drinks. We’d been sitting for at least half an hour before anyone came to serve us

Food is always great here & we love it their however the service on that particular night was very slow & dis-jointed when normally the service is as great as their food.
