Great food, great place, good service and wine , unfortunately the toilets are upstairs

The food and service were great, unfortunately we had a long wait of 40 mins for our food and drinks order. When we checked with the waitress why other large tables who ordered after us (just the 2 of us) have already received their food, we were informed our order did not process on the computer so there was no printout for the kitchen. To compensate for the inconvenience, the Maître D' offered us a discount which we were very appreciative and it made up for what could have been a very disappointing experience. Thank you.
1st time trying the set lunch on our business meeting, was yummy & we love the tiramisu too.
