Such a great family restaurant. Great customer service, great food and fast service. Definitely a regular for my family!

Waitress standing around playing with their hair,nail and mouths. One waitress doing all the work. Guy behind the pizza part rubbing his nose.. Maybe working in food services has made me a bit picking but wasn't happy seeing the lack of hygiene practices. Food ok but nothing to rave about. I didn't enjoy mine

The meal was excellent. The girl that took our order was pleasant. We waited for our water that we order with the meal. We did not get it .We asked another waitress and she just carried on clearing tables. We finished our meal without a drink which I was not happy about.

Lovely lunch, good prices and mostly friendly staff. They were a fairly busy so staff under pressure which impacted on the service level a little.

Staff are very friendly as soon as we walked in. Service was good and fast. Food was excellent. Good for children. Meals are for children and seniors.

Itahlia was surprisingly pleasant, and the food was very reasonably priced and of good serving size. Most of the staff were very pleasant and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere was nice—not too noisey and could have a conversation at the table. My pasta ragu dish was delicious and I was very happy with the quality and serving size. My partner ordered a pizza that was missing a few ingredients when it came out, however the staff were very kind and understanding and took it back to the kitchen to be fixed. An older gentleman (the owner or manager, presumably) came to personally apologise which was very thoughtful. The only complaint would be that when the pizza came back out (they had made a new one) there was noticeably less toppings on it than the first which was disappointing. Yet it was still tasty. Overall, a reasonably good experience for a first visit, and will most likely return in the future.
