Il Piatto Restaurant

The last couple of times we ate there it was amazing but this time the food wasn’t as nice. The garlic bread was not soft like before, it was too hard. I ordered the same dish as last time, the penne Ragu and this time the meat was fatty and grizzly and tougher than last time, I can’t stand the feel of fat and grizzly meat. The sauce wasn’t as good either. I also felt we were rushed to order, we hadn’t even finished sitting and the waitress stood there the whole time waiting for us to read the drinks menu and decide… a little time to decide alone is better. We did love and appreciate the complimentary drink and dessert for our son’s birthday, thank you.

Our first time visiting Il Piatto and we were surprised by the service and quality of the food provided. A great place nestled away in partially industrial South West Sydney.

Very friendly staff and lovely food..will recommend to anyone, pasta was amazing. 🤩

I've been a regular for a long time and there is a reason behind that. Food is great, staff amazing, atmosphere is up temp and if there is a special occasion in our group they make sure that person or occasion becomes significant.

The service here was fantastic. very helpful, polite and friendly. Our meals were delicious and filling with a wide variety of options. Did not have to wait too long for our dishes. A restaurant we are happy to have experienced and would recommend to others

This was our first time and the food was great and waiting staff looked after us very well. The only comment I have to make is that the food came out too quickly and hardly gave us any time to rest between Entree, Main and desert.

This was our second visit to your lovely restaurant We go every year to celebrate our anniversary However last year we were asked where we here for any special occassion and as it was our anniversary we were given a glass of champagne (complimentary) and then at the end of the night was give port also complimentary However this year we were seated and handed our menu

Celebrating my daughter’s birthday at il Piatto was such an experience. Food was nice a bit pricey, service was good and the restaurant was clean.

Crab ravioli - only 2 in plate. Bit expensive for such a small serve.

Wonderful, can’t fault them at all. Had my birthday today for the first time but came to the restaurant every month with family for many years, since my boys are primary and now one of the boys at uni .. Love it, genuinely fabulous people !!!
