It was under Covid restrictions where it cannot be more than 10 customers. It happened to be 4 different tables. It seems the restaurant was understaffed by then. It has longer wait time for food and service. And the dim sums quality wasn’t as good as before. Hopefully, it gets better again.

Service was extremely busy but the wait was worth it. The chilli wontons are to die for!

We went on a Sunday evening amidst coronavirus, so numbers predictably down. Everything great, bar one waiter who was a bit hopeless.

We are regular -Food is great. Resturant staff (waitresses) they have a language problem so it become really hard to communicate with them for ordering food.

To the Owner?Manager, We enjoyed the food and the style of the restaurant. however the service was poor. No one attempts to make you feel welcome, at the time the place was not full, and there were a lot of staff working at the time. Very few smiles, we waited a long time for our meal, and had to call over staff to check if it was arriving. No apologies when it came, and one of our party still had to wait longer after 2 of us had been served. The staff were very busy, cleaning tables, sorting cutlery, sweeping floors, no one making any eye contact. Surely with so many people working, there should be a couple of staff with strong customer skills, to greet you, explain how the menu worked, tell you why food was running late, checking to see if your customers are happy. No one asked at the end if we had enjoyed the meal, just hurriedly worked out the bill. For a place which was nice in so many ways, the staff were a very big let down. Someone needs to be in charge of making customers feel welcome. Thank you for the opportunity to pass on this feedback.

Food was good and plentiful. Restaurant was very loud and rushed - definitely not the place for a relaxed evening. Service was good but staff were very distracted as they were clearly overworked.

Service was slow and indifferent. When I asked for the steamed rice that we ordered at the beginning of the meal [and we had nearly finished the meal including the dishes that we wanted the rice to accompany] I was told it was coming with attitude, as if I was being unreasonable. I had just watched two waitresses stand next to the rice cooker for 10 minutes waiting for another meal to come from the kitchen. Food good but expensive.

Dumplings wore cold it’s not like it used to be dumplings are no longer freshly made
