Led to believe it’s a private area which it isn’t. Service was very good and food is nice but not as suitable for sharing as it could be. Minimum spend in hindsight was set far too high - definitely wouldn’t do again but would just take my chances with a regular table.

Staff were amazing, always making sure we were being looked after! Got given 2 complimentary drinks as it was a special occasion! Thanks so much for the incredible evening 😊

I had the best wait person who made recommendations and was very good at her job. Our cocktails were flowing and our water was always topped up. The food was great and the view was breathtaking. If I had to say anything, the seating is a bit tight and it was very noisy but it didn't deter me from having an enjoyable night. Special shout out to our wait person, she was wearing a red dress and had curly hair, her service was amazing and we enjoyed all her recommendations. Not too many places in Sydney have good, yet alone great service, so thank you so much for making our first time at Hendy Dean so memorable. We will certainly be back.

Love the food & the view but It was noisy from other customers, the seatings was uncomfortable, awkward & too close to other customers & it was too dark outside to see food or each other Would b more comfortable if u put normal table & chairs instead of couches & more lights outside & option to have a proper dinner meal also on menu

Once again, this was a great evening, enjoyed by our overseas guests, in a wonderful and warm atmosphere.

The view from upstairs was fantastic and the food was excellent. Drinks are expensive. After 2 hours at our table we were able to move to a lovely smaller room with Harbour Bridge views. Staff smoothly accommodated this move allowing us to take our tab with us. Service was great.

Lovely panoramic views of Sydney harbour. Decor is fabulous. Bit pricey, but the food, service and scenery make up for it. Will definitely go again.

one of our cocktails was so strong it was pretty much undrinkable one waitress was fabulous the other asked us about more drinks but left empty dirty plates in front of all and didn't even notice

Attended between 4:30 pm & 6:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon. Limited food offered before 5:30 pm but still a great selection of nibbles and beverages on offer. Excellent service and amazing views.

This place is quite the special location! It’s obviously busy due to its spectacular location, so expect a wait. But the wait is definitely worth it!

Service was excellent with all the servers keeping tabs on our needs seamlessly...it was like having 5 wait staff taking care of us. The views had a lot of potential, but did not live up to expectations as portrayed on the web site. Food was awesome but the house special drinks for Valentines Day were meh. Great building and layout for taking a date out for a memorable evening.

The views looking great from Bangaroo around to the Bridge. We had 6 share plates each one was as good as each other. The staff were exceptional

Staff were lovely but food was awful. Each plate brought separately and the next one not brought until that one was finished, so this meant some guests hadn’t eaten for three courses, and the others had finished and had to watch the rest of the guests have their food one plate at a time. Too hot as well.

We loved the food and the wine. The service was also very good. The configuration of our seating made it difficult to converse as a group of 6 and we found it very noisy as well. Views were fantastic and staff attempted to accommodate our needs.

A really beautiful bar with exceptional 350 degree views. Terrific service and food is good unpretentious and tasty. Helpful wait staff who moved us to a window table once it became vacant - nice !

Great place. The views were amazing. The rooftop needs to have more air conditioning on hot days, otherwise a perfect spot to meet with friends.

Have been here twice recently and loved it both times. Excellent service and the views a unique and cool. Love this place it’s becoming a regular for a special night out.

Great views. Excellent staff. Very good food. Very hard to fault. Try the black leatherjacket, watermelon tuna and lamb chops with the German Riesling. Yum

Service was excellent. Food from the small share menu was also excellent. The drinks menu was seemingly never ending. A bit pricey, but what would you expect, being in a spot with such marvellous city and river views. If you go once, you'll want to return again one day.

Great place to have a relaxed time with your friends. Amazing views, service polite and drinks and food is good. The portions are on the small side though, so this is more of drinks and canapés place.

Great food and drinks list. The staff were quite a bit too relaxed. Luckily we booked for Sunday lunch as it was full on the top floor.
