What an Amazing Vista, just gorgeous! Food, wine and Service 10 out of 10!! We will definatley be back soon.. Highly recommend for lunch or even just an afternoon bevy or 2!!

Great view. Good food. Gouging prices. Poor service. $450 for a bit of finger food and 2 bottles of wine then asked to move from table (which we had booked) as soon as last plate consumed. Tip embedded into Bill...guess that's the only way they get paid. Going somewhere else next time.

Food was great , setting is stunning however, the winner on the day was the amazing service provided by the staff. SO friendly and professional.

Good service. Great view. Could do with more "Kokoda" on the plate. Overall good food and good selection of Whisky and cheese. Will definitely go again.

It was overall an extremely pleasant lunch experience. Service was prompt and attentive. On top of all that, we have amazing views to soak in. Will definitely come back!

Food was amazing and the service was fabulous. The sofa seating was uncomfortable and too low so we moved to the bar area which was fine.

Great view. Great food. Great drinks. Slightly expensive, but it is one of the best views in Sydney in a relaxed and uncrowded space. Perfect venue for an occasion or celebration.

Gorgeous location overlooking Sydney! Food is tasty but entrees are small! Great place to take someone if you want to impress them! We tried the mussels and they were yummy and so was the lamb cutlets! Definitely recommend this place!

Great bar, great food, the view is amazing and different to what we normally get, the staff is very friendly, we had a great time ! Just a little pricey I thought.

What a great place. The only issue is the cost of drinks, however, I guess it was an expensive venue to renovate and it would be expensive to run.

Beautiful view, staff were great. Would return in a heartbeat, highly recommended to anyone. I have been once before when it was raining and it was still beautiful.

Great to see this Sydney icon survive and thriving again! The addition of Henry Deane on the roof an excellent move. Food great, staff excellent, views ditto.

Everything was amazing aside from the limited food options, especially for vegetarians who could only eat two of the 12 things on the menu (which didn't have any duck or chicken).

Views fantastic, food good but music intrusively loud & menu writing too small for low lighting - had to use phone to illuminate & read.

We arrived an hour early for our reservation and they were able to make a table available - a big thumbs up. Food was great, quality wine menu and meal service was adequate - not super friendly - but I'm ok with that as long as my food and wine arrive when it should, which it did. Later in our sitting, we had wait staff check in on us to make sure we were still doing ok - a good sign.

We were very disappointed when we arrived to be told that we couldn't enter because we had joggers on. Apparently it's all right to wear torn jeans and trendy sandshoes but not jeans and joggers. This was at 1230pm on a Sunday afternoon. To be fair we were given an alternative downstairs and the food was good but we felt let down and it spoiled the experience. That's 8 Sydneysiders who won't be returning.

nice view, great food, friendly beautiful staff. going to visit again for dinner. bartendder took my special request and made my unique cocktail and it totally right for me. the best experience.

View was awesome. Staff were friendly and re-seated us at a different table at the beginning so could relax and not have to vacate for the next reservation. Food was good - however they did run out of one cocktail (out of a limited list) and run out of one of the two desserts!

Great location but watch out for the additional 10% Gratuity + Credit card Fee added to the bottom of your bill. A bit rich when you are buy $200 bottles of Champagne. I don't recall there being any reference to this charge on the menu. Not impressed

It's a fun place with good food and wine, good staff and has nice open feel with a great view all round. We will be going back.

Loved HD. Thought the place was lovely, great ambience, 100% view! We ordered the lamb cutlets, juicy and flavoursome-superb, delicious cheese platter. My only point to make is the couches were lower than the single seating chairs. I think the configuration could change, some bar seating around the inside as people seated can still see outside. A +

It was our first time there, to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary. Staff were fantastic, really looked after us. Loved the atmosphere and views. Great night we are planning to come back with friends.

The location and view was amazing, and the food is beautiful. The wine was a little more expensive then we expected, not sure about the seats as some where on couches which were comfy but the others were on really high chairs that you cant sit under the table to it was a bit awkward. I needed to make a change to the booking and I found them to be a bit difficult but in the end we had a pretty good day.

Great place! Gluten free options. Amazing views! All the dishes we shared were delicious. The cocktails were good. the couch/chair combo at some tables makes for a hilarious uneven dining experience, as one diner will be much taller than the other

Delicious food, interesting cocktails, good service, decent views. The top floor is quite loud, but the lower floor seemed less so. Overall a good evening.

Lovely experience - great food, the mussles and the cauliflower were especially good and the prossecco was delicious. Great ambiance and service. Dress cool though as it is something of a sun trap.

Nice atmosphere and view. Nice seating. Nice waiter staff. But Need a bigger food menu. Also alot of food was way too burnt, became bitter.

Overall great service, food & drinks! Definitely one of my favourites and has a spectacular view! Only thing is that I was not notified of the 2 hour sitting till I got to the restaurant. Would have been good to know prior to that.

Awesome! It was really busy so there were some questions around the length of time for food and when it came but honestly was a great experience. 5/6!

The service was fantastic and the food was super! and the views were magical. I absolutely loved it and recommend that you must experience this for a fantastic night out.

The view from the lounge is reason enough to go here, but the service and drinks were excellent as well. We highly recommend this venue.

I love this place! The food and service was great. Pitty they can't work out a system to run a tab and have guests pay alomg the way. Big group with min. spend gets roo complicated.

Fabulous venue with beautiful views, delicious & creative food, wonderful service, great atmosphere. My friends and I couldn't really fault anything about our first experience at Henry Deane at the Hotel Palisade. Will definitely be back!

What a great hidden gem of a venue, with such beautiful panoramic views. The food and drinks were perfect. I would highly recommend this venue.

Great service and recommendations for drinks. We're able to tailor a cheese board for vegetarians and best of all- an amazing view! Would recommend to others.

obviously great views. Gorgeous and friendly hostesses often with deliberately loose fitting tops to make bending over tables that little more enjoyable for the customer. In general though, overpriced and cold

View was fantastic for overseas guests. Unfortunately the service was pretty poor, the food was very average-considering the price-and while the interior design is great, the seating set up is uncomfortable for groups. For a group of four two sit on a sofa and two in chairs at completely different levels making conversation difficult.

A bit noisy. It was very hard to have a conversation at times, but the atmosphere and food was lovely. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Took some French visitors on a very wet day. Food & service were usual high standard and view as always was sensational despite the rain & clouds.

The decor is stylish and casual. The view is spectacular. The service was great and the food was fresh and delicious. What's not to like!

Perfect Location, charming staff, a little overpriced, over roll great place for pre drinks & go for dinner some where quieter, because close to 6 pm become very noisy & packed of people.

Great view and service. Only had the cocktails, no food, and they were tasty! Would highly recommend booking, online booking was easy and ensured a seat in the busy bar.

Meals were not special and staff more interested in filling your glass. Not relaxed atmosphere. Great view until blinds come down, so why get window seat!
