We sat outside in a barmy evening and had a great night. Friendly service and good food. More wine choices would be good.

The food was amazing, service less so they just went not particularly attentive, and we had to ask for everything we needed rather than them prompting our requirements. It was a warm evening and all of our guests were extremely hot, despite the air conditioning being on

Great tasting food and we all loved the vegetarian options.

When we arrived we were told to order on the barcode. We did immediately. 40min later we still had not received our drinks or entree. We asked a waitress who checked with kitchen and were told it was on the way. I asked for a bottle of water while we waited. We were give one but the water was warm. Entree and drinks arrived almost 1.5 hours after ordering. We ate and still didn’t receive mains. Asked waitress who said the printer wasn’t working and she took a photo of our order from our phone to show kitchen. When it arrived only part of the order came. We had to ask again for the rest of our order. Another waitress took a photo of our order to take to kitchen. Now the kitchen and the restaurant are packing up and we still haven’t received all of our meal. I asked for it to be put in a takeaway box. Was offered a soft drink for our inconvenience. I do not drink soft drink no amount of soft drink could make up for a terrible experience like that.

Our first time here, Staff were excellent service of food and drinks was very quick, food was great , thank you for a terrific night out

Food and drinks were nice, maybe slightly overpriced. Staff were friendly. The atmosphere was good, however it was quite loud and sometimes hard to hear the conversation at the table. The tables were really small and crowded, larger tables and a bit more space between tables would be nice. Overall a good experience, I’d go there again

The food was fantastic. We loved the sizzling steak fajitas. Yum!

Everything was great. Atmosphere, food, drinks and friendly service. Wonderful place to celebrate a family birthday.

Great food and the staff were fantastic. Had a birthday on table, staff went out there way to sing happy birthday in English and Mexican. Well done keep up the great work 👍

Always a great experience at Hecho Mornington. However was a bit disappointed with the express menu. The food quality is always good, so happy anyway.

Loved the food and the staff were friendly but hated the qr ordering. It was very impersonal. Our food and drinks also took a long time to come.

Great value for money, but just too noisy to hold a conversation without straining to hear or raising voices to speak, even sitting in the quietest area upstairs. Otherwise fantastic food and service.

Staff not that friendly. Requested table next to window and on arrival we were going to be seated at the back. I asked if we could be moved as I requested to be next to window which they did move us up but not in a very good mood about it. The whole night was like that. Has it changed hands? Or different staff? We have been last year a couple of times and they were so friendly and good service. This time was the opposite. The took ages to bring the beers out which they kept getting mixed up. Also with the food 4 of us could hardly eat our meals as they were very spicy. We have had the patella twice before last year and was not spicy and delicious. But not this time. Very disappointing

remove the app to view the menu, either go full QR order via app or let the excellent wait staff do their job. The structure of half and half is clunky and makes no sense

Not bad. Food was good, tacos were tiny. Wish places would do a good old fashioned nachos. Service was so so.

Great food, very tasty, good portions, well located, enjoyed the experience.

We ordered tacos as an entree and then 2 mains but it all came out together and there was no room on the table had to put food on the seat. The cocktails were expensive but the food was reasonably priced. The meals were big serves and delicious. It took a long time to clear the table and we didn't get offered another drink or dessert we were there for 2hrs.

The food was amazing. I have left you a great review on Google as I recommend this restaurant to everyone. I have to say the best Mexican restaurant food I have had.

Great food and amazing service! My daughter’s birthday and the staff made it special for her.

I found this place a bit strange. We had arrived for the unlimited boozy brunch - but the service was slow and they wouldn’t honour your drink request until you’d finished the one you had. Then, after everything, my partner paid $70 for 2 drinks and 2 tacos - they stacked fees onto it. $12.43 in fees! I don’t think I would go again.
