Me and my daughter love Hecho en Mexico Moonee Ponds. The excellent service from the staff and the delicious food has brought us back every Friday.

Everything was so delicious from the drinks, meals and the dessert's and service was great. I will definitely be back to try more thank you ☺️ Probably one thing I didn't really like was the garnish of flowers on my Margareta and dessert but I'll know for next time to ask for it not to be added ☺️

They were really busy and the wait staff were very nice and working hard, but the tablet-based ordering system was clearly not working well. We had our order checked three times and it was still wrong when the food came out at first. We waited ages for drinks as the bar staff member was also serving tables and bill payers - not a well-managed division of labour. Liked the food and the vibe.

I ordered the tacos, I felt the seafood ones had the best taste. Would definitely order those again. Also the Margaritas were awesome.

It's was our daughter's 12th birthday and she requested Hecho en Mexico because it's one of our family's favourites. The food was excellent as always, service was great and as an added bonus the servers came and sang happy birthday to her, she was thrilled. Highly recommend!

Staff didn’t appear interested in us as customers, pointed out we had to be out by 7:30 which we already knew. No service whatsoever fir 15 minutes whilst others who arrived after us has drinks served to tables. Won’t be back!

We came during the weekday so service was great, less wait time and waiters were amazing.. we got excellent service but few weeks ago on a Saturday, wait time was longer and couple of waiters (young ones) just walked past or standing around without helping.. only the older ones were busy serving the customers. Overall this joint has the best food compared to the one in Fitzroy.

What a great deal! We had bottomless brunch and the service was amazing! Very attentive with drinks food arriving very quickly once ordered. Cocktails and tacos were delicious, cocktails in particular, very well presented and yummo! Would recommend!
