Came out for a girls night , had an amazing experience. The staff, food, entertainment and atmosphere was brilliant.

I think there could have been more staff rostered on to sell more food/drinks and reduce wait time. I was told not to order the cocktail I wanted because it’s cold and I should have a wine before dinner. When I said I didn’t drink wine I was talked into ordering a gin. Then my husband was told not to order coffee because it would take ages to come out. Would prefer the steak to not be pre cut up for us. Gnocchi serving could have been slightly larger. Panna Cotta could have done with more sauce/coulis. Crème Brûlée was nice. Atmosphere was great. Not everything was perfect but we will come back again.

meals were tasty Unfortunately the main meal is really an Entree size very over priced and not value for money (gnocchi and Risotto) Gnocchi Ragu had two pieces of meat in it and was basically all tomato sauce we had been there in the past and the meals were twice the size ragu had ample amount of meat so if your not Hungary and need a light snack for dinner this is the place for you

We were so looking forward to our meal together at Geppetto’s Hahndorf as we had booked our table 2 weeks in advance. When we arrived at the restaurant we were told that the table was not ready for us as and asked to sit outside and wait until it became available. We thought about walking away but decided to wait. We were given a menu while waiting for our table outside the restaurant. Not a great start to the night but eventually we were told to come in and we were seated at the table. All ok after that and we enjoyed our meal. We asked for coffees but they did not arrive so we paid the bill and left. Not sure if we will return.

Food was nice however service didn’t match the price tag. Way too slow, keen to upsell drinks but didn’t clear dirty dishes even when other courses arrived. Live music was nice but too loud for talking. Such a shame as it has the promise of being something special

Excellent place. The food was fantastic. Atmosphere was phenomenal, and the brilliant entertainer was just spot on. It was slightly too loud to have conversations I must admit, but it didn’t take anything away from the excellent experience :)

Meal was good, staff ok but length of time meal came was 2 hours too long.

Food was great, staff very friendly and professional but was a bit disconcerted to have to sit opposite my partner on a long table with 4 other couples who were complete strangers. Apart from this it was great.

We had a great time, the only issue I had was that there was some delay in the serving of the main course. Unfortunately the last meal was for the birthday girl which didn’t help the situation. We should try to get the 3 meals out at the same time. However we have booked again for next Wednesday night I am hoping that this issue will not occur again. Thanks for the opportunity. PD

Amazing visit! It was our 50th Wedding Anniversary and we were treated like 'royalty'. The special 'golden cutlery', golden champagne, our waiter, general service, food and ambience of the restaurant. Lovely people all round. There was no waiting time, and we were ushered to our table as soon as we arrived. Thoroughly recommended for any occasion.
