We had a lovely dinner. Might not go again on a Thursday night as they didn't have two of the beers on the drinks menu and a few of the dishes on the menu they weren't serving, which we think might be because they needed to get more stock in for the weekend.

Great food as usual! Nice atmosphere. I just miss the jazz music that used to be in the background....!

The food very nice but the bar closed at 8.30 and has no Aussie beers, service was good but started to dim lights at 9pm and we felt obliged to leave and as our booking was 7.30 a very short night

Welcomed when we arrived and were seated immediately. Water delivered straight away and order taken promptly. Entrees delivered quickly and main dishes and rice followed in a steady procession. Overall excellent service.

Poor service - ages to order & slow to even bring drinks out. Plus a lot of drink items not available /crosses out on menu Food was delicious though - especially the soft shell crab.

It was my Mum's birthday and she was made to feel very special. The food and service was sensational. We will definitely be back again :)

Always great food but would like to see some new items on the menu. Has been the same for a long time which does not make it conducive to going regularly. Service was done with a smile but maybe a bit quick.

The restaurant lacked atmosphere and was very quiet. The staff did not come across as interested. Our food and wine was served quickly, but to the point that we felt quite rushed. The main meals arrived almost immediately after ordering!! We were presented with our bill a few minutes after ordering a second bottle of wine for the table. I asked if the restaurant was closing as we wanted to relax and enjoy the wine. The staff proceeded to clean the next table with spray and wipe and slammed plates onto the table. Not relaxing at all and quite rude.

The dishes we chose were very average for price & red wine disappointing for $16

Fabulous flavours, presentation and service. Will definitely be back to try some more dishes.

This is always a fantastic dinner venue. The food is so tasty and the service fast!

I have been to Galangal many times & on Saturday night I went with a group of friends & was very disappointed. Not only did the restaurant not have any beer or Prosecco, but we couldn’t order fish cakes, massaman curry, curry puffs or the red curry duck. Get your act together guys, it’s a Saturday night! I’ll think twice before I come again.
