Service was really poor - ordered drinks then had to re request 3 times until they arrived. Really felt like our presence was a burden for Fratelli Fresh -Wow!!

Staff not very attentive should always seat a table and when waiting for guests ask if they can get you a drink while you wait not just water and then plates not cleared quickly at lunch when having three course set as team had to get back to work but found service a little slow on the floor but kitchen was fast and when finished no one offered the bill ..... should be asked if there’s anything else I can get when clearing dessert and bill delivered but food was great and I’ve been for 4-6 pm happy hour with friends so bought work colleagues at lunch and service needs to be more attentive and proactive

We were a party of 5 who took advantage of happy hour which is great value. We then had the banquet which had great choices and again was great value. Very busy on a Friday night. The only drawback is the poor acoustics the restaurant gets really noisy can be hard to have a conversation.

The food the staff and the drinks are always amazing! I’ve never had a bad experience with Fratelli. The food is simple but cooked to perfection.

We ordered one vegan pizza and a Diablo pizza and it came as two vegan so our friend was sat with no food whilst everyone else ate for around 15 minutes. We also ordered a round of cocktails and they took over 15 minutes to come which we thought was quite a long time considering they were only Aperol Spritz's and the restaurant was empty. We could also only split the bill between 4 people which is a bit silly when you can cater for tables up to 9 people. The waitress serving us didn't seem to happy to be there either, she didn't smile and she seemed a bit off when she realised the pizza order was wrong, rather than just apologising.

ran out of lobster and couldn't fry up zucchini flowers, pizza was average, especially the meatball pizza with white sauce. was very disappointed with the meal

I found the food not hot enough and somewhat bland. We had the canelloni and the pea risotto. We had to ask twice for our water and service overall was very slow.

We had a very enjoyable lunch. Great service, food & wine. Service in particular was very good. Our waiter was helpful and pleasant. Menu also good. Calamari was delicious. Would recommend.
