Need more bar staff - can’t wait that long for pre dinner drinks / given this restaurant too many chances - nothing special for the $$$ Disappointed ☹️

We had asked for a bottle of wine and a glass arrived. We asked for chilli on the side and it came distributed through the dish. You had run out of trout It was a a bit noisy until the theatre crowd left

Very average. I guess it is pre-theatre but the food looked like it had been under a bain marie?

Very tasty food - great menu ,good service for pre theatre menu . Slight negative , was very thirsty afterwards , so assume a lot of salt in the meal ...

There are now many Fratelli Fresh restaurants around Sydney. The experience at the Walsh Bay venue was not the same as we had experienced in the original restaurant when it first opened.

Great good but was served 20 minutes before our theatre performance was due despite clearly mentioning it.

Service was quick and I enjoyed a lovely Salmon dish.

Food was amazing. Service great. Value for money. Highly recommended

Experience was enhanced when we were given a table instead of the bar. It seemed original booking was outside but with bad weather we were moved to the bar but managed to get s table inside instead. Waiting staff very attentive.

Way too noisy to hear partner across the table. Nightmare!

Good service and good Italian food, quick and efficient before show fare

Very ordinary - the tables were very sticky, need a good scrubbing down

Risotto was tasteless - scallops? Six fragments half the size of a 5c coin. Not good enough! Staff very nice but unfortunately the meals don’t encourage a repeat visit

I have been to FF many times .last night 7th Feb .the meal was not good value . .barramundi greasy .proportion small . . staff helpful . .

The vibe and location were good but the food very average.

The food was quite nice but I have had better. I thought the prices were too high for what you got. The service was very good though. Drinks were reasonable. I would visit again. It was very hot inside restaurant. Air conditioning would be great.

Lovely staff and great service with a smile! Nothing was too much trouble. We thoroughly enjoyed our pre theatre dinner and will go there again.

I am always delighted with my meal at fratelli fresh but my husband was very disappointed is his crumbed veal and tomato spaghetti- the veal milanese. He felt it was just a crumbed veal chop with spaghetti which was not particularly tasty and not particularly cheap! I always love the stuffed zucchini flowers and the house salad. The waitstaff were excellent

We went for a quick pre theatre meal and the service was speedy, attentive and very pleasant and the food was great - always consistent at Fratelli Fresh Walsh Bay.

Quick service, lovely staff, food was delicious, pasta was a little bland and watery, needed more flavour and sauce. Pizza was delicious as was the gelato. overall a good experience

Frozen aracini balls.. Returned. Second batch... Frozen.. Apologies a plenty.. waited forever for mains... Again apologies and free limoncello shot delivered to the table... Free booze doesn't erase this experience..

Food was good except 2 people had lobster pasta and whilst one had some pieces of lobster and sauce the othe had virtually no sauce and hardly any lobster Service was patchy

Restaurant has become yet another pizza/ pasta restaurant. Their old menu drew us there time and again. No more. Food was good but limited if pizza and pasta not on your radar

We enjoyed a really nice entree, tasty main course and the salad was delicious but the service was below average from wait staff. The host/floor manager was attentive.

We were at Fratelli before the theatre. The food was delicious. Service & timing excellent. The wine list good. We’ll be back maybe for a more leisurely evening.

Good , fresh Italian food : we had pastas , pizza, salad and all 4 people were happy with their choices . Nice place for pre-theatre early dinner :)

Great place for a pre theatre dinner. Interesting menu including specialty pizzas, zucchini flowers to die for, interesting salads and fresh pasta. The wine menu is extensive and service very timely.

Food fantastic. Packed and loud (sunday lunch)...as you expect a trattoria to be... Friendly service from young waitstaff. My cousin, down from Qld, insists we must go again, upon his next visit to Sydney. We had an adventure getting there, that added to the day's outing...our cabbie had no idea where it was. Birra Moretti #1 and my cousin's bottle of Italian Rose, perfetto. Grazie.

Very disappointing. Food not available, food not cooked properly, drinks not delivered. Unlikely to return. Great pity! If this is the change that is happening, not happy.

Service was lovely, reasonable prices, but the food is just ordinary. Big serves of rather lackluster pasta. Penne tasted like it came out of a box from the grocery store—and not a fancy box. Arancini & Brussels sprouts were the better than the mains.

Great attentive service from our waiter especially since 1 of our group was arriving at a different time . We ordered ahead of time and all food arrived exactly at the required time when all of us were at table

great food which all enjoyed, poor service - no wine or water for too long and meals came in 3 tranches, too noisy - concrete floor is good for a deli, bad for a full restaurant.

Food is extraordinary. Not the regular Italian we eat everywhere. It would be better with air conditioning for summer. Gnocchi and ravioli are out of the world. Nice ambience and friendly staff
