Fratelli Fresh - Crows Nest

Appalling service and exceptionally average food. It’s fallen a long way below the standards it had before it was sold. We used to be regulars here - won’t be going back again. Super disappointed

The service was very slow and the food was pretty bland

Delicious food, great attentive service and good location. I'm hearing impaired and found the background music too loud, but a lot of restaurants are like this these days.

We had a great time at Fratelli Fresh Crows Nest. I particularly liked my crispy skin salmon. My 10 year old loved the spaghetti bolognese and licked the plate clean and wished for more.

We went for happy hour drinks so we had some well priced cocktails and good food. However, the service really isn't great!! They seem annoyed to be serving us, took forever to take our orders and when we mentioned we were missing a drink we ordered he claimed no he has brought them all out. 15 minutes later we then asked a second time and he acted confused as though we hadn't already mentioned the missing drink. We have been a couple of times now and it seems to be how the restaurant is run as we haven't had pleasant experiences both times - we have given it a couple of chances but we won't be rushing back unfortunately.

Food was good but a nicer greeting / customer service (ie a smile) would have been nice upon entry.

Great staff, good food and overall ambience. I would recommend Fratelli Fresh if you’re looking for some good Italian food. Their set menus are great too if you’re a group.

The pasta is not tasty. Disappointing .... ordered 5 pasta non of us were happy with our meal. One person had to order another as she didn’t like the first one.

food quality are deteriorated,compared to the menu before i can rate your food 2 out of 10. I will come next time again to check if not improve definitely i will not come again. The wait staffs are friendly and approachable.

Tasty food and a great wine list . The fried polenta is an absolute treat. Great venue for groups with a nice vibe. Highly recommended

The food was good (not great) but the experience the incredibly let down by the extremely poor level of service. The waiter had to be called over several times as he paid us no attention, and we were a party of 8. Will definitely not be returning.

Good food but on the more pricey side. You get what you pay for in quality though. Would go back again, but not extremely regularly.

Fratelli Fresh has good food and friendly service. The Pizza is very good and the drinks package is good value also. Will be back for sure.

Last night the service was very poor even though the restaurant was almost empty. We had to leave our seat several times to ask for service. When we asked for the heater to be turned on, the staff did not seem to know how to get the heater going so just left us to be cold - no apology or offer to move us to another seat, just gave up and walked away. The food was excellent but the service was definitely below par on this occasion.

Really nice food. Service was good. And the price is very reasonable. But it’s a little squashy fitting 6 men in one of the booths.

Dinner was excellent. braesola pizza was divine. Only complaint is that when we booked the public holiday surcharge was not pointed out to us which did ass another $25 to our bill.

HAD BEAUTIFUL FOOD ALL VERY TASTY AND THE SERVICE WAS FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL We were sitting yowards the front of the room thankfully as it was a bit too hot towards the back

A most enjoyable evening! Great food, excellent service and great to be able to use the Fratelli Fresh discount for drinks. Love the booths with a group of friends. Would defnitely recommend it!
