Flying Fajita Sistas

The food was lukewarm - no issuers with the service. The grilled corn was partly raw, the beef in the burritos only just above cold.

Staff were outstanding notwithstanding the fact that people were waiting for tables to become available. Overall, the food and service were as good as any of the Mexican places I have eaten at in the USA. Will be going back….

I was underwhelmed by the experience. The main meals of tacos and enchilada were an improvement on the share dish of dip and chips. The salsa dip was super sloppy and the chips were not fresh. I ordered a margarita and requested eposado tequila, but the drink was pre-mixed and not worth the $19 price tag.

Very quiet on a wet Wednesday night. Notice that the menu is much simplified from my last visit.

Very disappointed with the food quality - the Beef Brisket Burrito had no taste due to the excessive amount of Salt used. Margaritas were ok and attentive service. Less salt please!

Service was great, food was good and some of the meals actually too big (Deep Fried Quesadilla), but the restaurant was empty except for us for a while till another group came in. That obviously dampened the vibe.

Really small and crowded, not a lot of space at the table. Menu is so small and it just doesn't have the same atmosphere it used to.

The card machine was not working and we were not told at the start, they waited til the end of the meal to tell us and then asked us to do a bank transfer if we had no cash. This felt unprofessional, and shady. It felt like at best the business was trying to avoid card fees and at worse launder money

Food fresh hot and well prepared . Recipes excellent. Waitress was overstretched but did very well. BYO a very big plus that brings us back. House Tequila cocktails also god. We're going to come again

I've been coming to this restaurant for many years and I still enjoy it although I think it's lost a little of its charm over time. I was a little disappointed with the beef nachos.

I made a point of asking what dishes had spicy heat as my child would not eat and chilli, and was guaranteed it would be ok. Of course it was spicy and he didn’t eat. My food was underwhelming and lacking fresh Mexican flavour.

Food is good but the service is just ok. A miscommunication over where we were seating and waiting over 30 mins for drinks and the restaurant wasn't full just leaves something to be desired for our experience. If you do come here the fajitas are the best thing on the menu.

They no longer offer the frozen margaritas, the food was average, the menu has been cut down. The bathrooms were appalling and filthy. The dessert we ordered was nothing like the description and they had run out of cream and did not have ice cream. Nothing like the sistas we remember. Very poor.

Terrible this time around. No frozen margaritas, no plastic menus that can be easily wiped between patrons like other restaurants (have to stand at a board over other people eating) plus the place just seemed dirty this time around and in need of a desperate deep clean. I wasn’t really impressed and am a regular customer.

We have also really enjoyed coming here for dinner over the years. Our recent experience was really disappointing. There appeared to be only 2 staff members working (1 cook 1 service) and they were completely run off their feet. We sat for about 30mins before we were offered drinks and that was only after we reminded them. Food was ok but the atmosphere was weird - no music so there was plenty of moments where everything went eerily silent. Not sure I'll be back in a hurry unfortunately. From a COVID perspective however, it felt safe and tables were adequately socially distnaced

Good Mexican food with interesting flavours as part of their daily specials

I had a large booking, double birthday bash, which I had booked weeks in advance due to covid. The food and margaritas were good. The restaurant was full, upstairs and downstairs, with only 2 staff on. It was chaotic to say the least. Our bill was was out $260 at the end, after asking staff multiple times to help us pay for drinks during the evening. I understand that covid has made things very difficult but management was aware of the large booking as I called multiple times checking on changes with restrictions. There should have been more staff on to accommodate our group. The mess up with our bill at the end tainted the night. That being said, I would go back as the food was good
