Florina's Greek Tavern

Excellent friendly service, we were greeted within seconds and shown to our table, this is obviously a family run place and the warm and friendly service was a testament to that. Food was excellent, definitely going back we shared the lamb skewers and a greek salad with some pita bread (could have done without the oil on it though). Had a desert that was described as 'homemade' and definitely tasted fresh and homemade (galaktoboureko) Going back!

Food is amazing service spot on! Atmosphere is great reminds me of sitting outside a village in Greece sipping some wine! Great way to finish with coffee and galaktobouriko highly recommended!

Amazing barbecue 🐙 and charcoal grilled chicken. Very good food at very reasonable prices. We will return, it's a little gem. I noticed they sell through uber too.

Very pleasant surroundings and good Greek food. Always generous with their portion size so no chance of going home hungry, It could be improved by adding some dishes like moussaka or stuffed cabbage rolls and some other dishes for vegetarians, otherwise very enjoyable,

Me and my husband visited Florina this week. The food was very flavoursome and authentic. I thought that service was great and food was coming out at perfect intervals. Not only you can BYO bottle of favourite wine, but the food is reasonably priced too. It's a win for me.

We were a table of 8 and arrived between 6 15 to 6 30. We were never asked if we wanted a drink and by 7 45 we had to ask the waiter if we could order some drinks and if we could look at the menus. They were not very busy but for some reason we were ignored all night. We had to keep getting the dreadful waitresses attention to get any service. When the food arrived it was very average. I feel after paying $360 for the dinner we would have gotten much better service. None of us will go back there again.

We had the most wonderful evening at Florina's. The service was excellent, the food was just delicious (we had the set menu) -we will definitely be back!

We ordered various dishes - all excellent taste, and generous portions. Grilled calamari and grilled octopus - yummy Owners and staff attentive to our needs, very happy staff.

Great food, friendly staff and very quick service! The food came out very quickly and was delicious. It was a friendly, cosy atmosphere and we were seated very quickly.

The white bait was over-fried and the taste was bitter. I think they are using old oil. ;( I ordered the 'grilled' blue grenadier but it was coated in a floury and oil-saturated crust. Not sure that it was fresh fish either. Greek salad was light on all ingredients except iceberg. My selection was disappointing for me. Quite a noisy room and tables too small for the many plates you're encouraged to order.

We had a wonderful meal at Florina's! The trio of Greek dips were fresh and deliciious and the charcoal grilled chicken was divine! Thank you, we'll be back!

Meals are in very generous portion for the price. They were very busy the night we went but they managed their timing amazingly well. It is obvious this is a family business. The mom and son worked the floor and and the father cooked. I was surprised to learn they had only 3 people work that night. You can't miss the Greek pastry dessert, the one with a really long name on the menu with custard, to end your dinner on a high note. A very positive dining out experience and I'm sure I'll go back

We had the banquet. It was a great range of different dishes and very generous amount of food (perhaps too much). Byo wine was a great feature.

We had the Banquet for 4, Service was very good but food was disappointing. White bait dry, potatoes drowning in a strange oily sauce and very tied. Fish platter overcooked and battered calamari was soggy, Desserts were excellent and there was plenty of food but we wont be returning as there is far better Greek to be had in the area.

Food was tasty & the service was great. Our waiter was attentive & helpful with recommendations. Enjoyed the Greek wine. Servings are large, so take you're friends too.

My wife and I received a gift voucher which entitled us to an entrée of mixed dips, white bait, breads and salads. Mains included a shared plate selection of chicken, lamb and calamari. Despite being full at this point we then had a beautiful selection of small deserts followed by traditional Greek coffee. The calamari was the best I have ever eaten, and as a favourite dish I have tasted this across Europe, America, Asia and Australia. It simply was perfect. The same can be said about their coffee, it was better than some coffees I've had in Greece! Overall, a great location, friendly staff, beautiful food and lots of it! We would highly recommend this restaurant to others and will be dining here again in the future.

The entree and main were fresh, tasted great and were traditionally presented however the extras for the bread I think should be part of the v meal. Also the desert was not fresh and overall even though the servers were very nice and welcoming the service was slow and meals came out at different times for the one table.

The staff and the food were both fantastic at florinas greek tavern. They made us feel very special there, we will definatly be back in the future

Always sensational food, wine, service and ambience. Best are the dips, saganaki, lamb gyros and baklava. We've been going to Florinas for years, and it never disappoints.

A very cosy, kids-friendly eating place, food was fantastic! Was there few years ago and the food standard hasn't change a single bit - still as delish as before. Will definitely be back soon.
